Broken, warranty voided
The unit stopped collecting water after a few months. Cleaned the filter, reset the unit, nothing. Apparently it’s a known issue. Amazon said to contact manufacturer as it is under warranty. Several attempts to reach Honeywell, finally they told me because it was sold by an unauthorized reseller the warranty is void. So, buy elsewhere or skip altogether.

delivers what it is designed for: a dry environment
Good product. Easy to install and setup the wifi controls. Generally it is best to buy the biggest dehumidifier capacity that is available. The energy savings from the lower duty cycle out pace the initial investment cost very fast. Don't believe the reviews claiming this unit does not properly regulate. There is a window around the set humidity value to prevent oscillatory operations. For example if the unit is set to 60% it will dehumidify to below 55% and then switch off. It will not start again till humidity is around 65% and start to dehumidify again. Generally you wont get a room below 10% if it is not complete isolated and empty from any environment outgassing. One issue could be that the black lifting bar is not to sturdy, therefore don't lift the unit with a full water reservoir. Also the compressor sometimes kicks in which is more noisy that the back ground fan. What is good is that the output blows up so the noise is directed up and not towards that users.

Works good
I use it to manage the humidity in my basement. I used the included hose to provide continuous drainage to my floor drain. It has good airflow. I set it to maintain 40% humidity and it feels very comfortable.
