So far my VFT is doing really well with this soil. I repotted my VFT about 3 months ago now, and it is thriving in the new pot with this soil.

good soil for carnivorous plants
Zone 8 here; I have 3 carnivorous plants. they love this soil. it's a Venus Fly Trap, Sundew, & Pitcher. They get to stay out in the winter too & as long as I keep them somewhat moist (less so than in the summer), they have thrived each spring. This year I have the most blossoms on all 3 plants that I've ever seen.
