Not just for this building but for others that he will destroy in the future.Let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE this series and have read each and every one and that I have long awaited the release of Emily’s story. I wanted so bad to give this story five stars like I have so many of the others but there were some things that just really floated my boat that I couldn’t get over that happened towards the end of the book. First and foremost was the fact that Dae was an amazing character and with that being said, the way that he proposed sucked! I could not believe that any man with that much passion and thoughtfulness would propose the way that he did. The other thing involves the house and tree at the end that I can’t really go into detail with otherwise it will give too much away so I will just on record as saying that I thought it was weird. You’ll understand once you’ve read the book.All of that said the book takes place in the matter of two weeks’ time. It’s another fast, love at first sight romance with fun characters, beautifully written scenes that really has me wanting to visit the Italian countryside, as well as a little peak at Daisy and Luke’s wedding.Up next is Jake, the only single brother left in this Braden clan. He has heart was broken at an early age and is determined that he will never fall in love again because all it leads to is heartache should something go wrong.

Kudos to B.J. Harrison for the excellent narration. His ability to switch characters as well as allowing you to know when a character is thinking versus speaking is amazing. He gives each character their own tone, inflection and even accent when needed.This is the love story between architect Emily Braden and demolition expert Dae Bray. I'm sure you can already see a conflict brewing. One likes to preserve and one likes to demolish. But like most things in life nothing is simple.They meet in beautiful Tuscany where Dae is accessing a demo job and Emily is taking the vacation her brother Wes gave her. They meet and sparks fly.Dae is the perfect man for Emily and I considered her extremely lucky to be the recipient of Dae’s affections, attention, thoughtfulness, lust and love.Emily is bright, sexy, but sometimes a little rigid in her thinking and stubborn. She's beautiful with a huge heart and I was glad she was open to love.The House of Wishes plays an important role in the story and the resolution was perfect. The storyline flowed, the romance progressed at a very believable pace and had you wishing you were Emily on vacation.I loved Dae’s careful consideration and his ability to make sound decisions based on research and not merely appearances. He taught Emily not to jump to conclusions and to trust in his judgement. He respected her and her decisions without judgement and she soon realized she could do the same with him.The secondary characters were developed and made you care for them and feel for their personal situations.I enjoyed their love story so much, sweet with plenty of sizzle. If you haven't tried an audio book, let this one be your first. Well written, beautifully paced and expertly narrated.

Emily was given a trip to Italy from her brother Wes because she helped set up a romantic evening for his girlfriend and her friends. Now it’s her turn to hopefully find love. Dae is in Italy to assess a job to demolish a house. That’s when he runs into Emily and right away they both feel the attraction. And are soon spending time together. That when this remarkable house and tree make things happen in their lives. So enjoy a very romantic read!!

Emily Braden has always dreamed of Tuscany, her brother gives her a trip as a gift and her 1st night there she meets Dae.This man has her falling from the beginning and he is a too. No ones heart is safe. He’s there for work but spends his time with Emily. Tuscany does the rest in weaving a love story for the 2 of them. If you need a love story and a super romantic man who loves with his whole heart this is your book.

Wow what a beautiful story of love, fear and hope. I adored this storyline and could t put the book down. Wonderful narration too. Can’t wait to read the next book now.

Wow loved this book!! Emily Braden goes to Tuscany on a dream vacation and meets Dae Bray. The chemistry is off the charts with these two. It was great seeing Emily happy and it was great hearing about her explore Tuscany. This is a must read book...you will not be disappointed!!

I love reading Melissa's books! But this one meant more to me because i live in italy and Firenze(Florence) is my favorite city and Melissa captured it perfectly! Emily and dae are great together! Caterina

Emily has been in the previous books and you learned a bit about her as she has a big personality and has helped her brothers get their girls. Her brother gifted her a trip to Italy where she has always wanted to go and this is where she meets Dae and their story begins. Once again Melissa writes with such humour that you just get glued to the book and want to get through it as quick as possible to know what is happening and then get to the end and wished you had gone slower because now its finished. Loved it.
