I buy the cranberry flavor and add a few drops of lemon juice to my tea. I drink it hot. I usually drink a cup first thing in the morning and’s follow it with a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it sends me to the bathroom almost immediately most times. I usually drink a second cup in the afternoon/early evening.One thing I love about this tea is that I can honestly say it suppresses my appetite in general and it suppresses my appetite for sugar specifically (candy, cakes, etc). And since sugar has been my Goliath lately, it’s a big deal for me.But you have to work the tea. Pair it with a healthy diet and drink PLENTY of water. Don’t drink it and still consume sugar and other unhealthy foods. It’s okay to consume those things sometimes but not ALL the time!!! If you continue eating unhealthy while drinking this tea, you might not feel like the tea is helping.But everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for the next, even if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing concerning a healthy diet. Just try it and give it a chance :)

Its a bit annoying the fact of having it with a meal, i prefer the drink at night one and honestly it hasn’t made me feel different, no sending me to the bathroom not anything 🙁

No more late night snacking
So far so good. I am using this to help stop my snacking. I do get hungry if i am working out and moving vigorously. I am not snacking and can finally intermittently fast. Its worth it to me. I would suggest taking something to add in liver health.
