These are great for teaching self-defense!
They love it when we break out the 'bonkers' for them to wail on! Can be quickly used for vertical and horizontal hitting and kicking. The most versatile pads we use.

These are GREAT
I bought these to use coaching basketball to simulate contact on shooting and dribbling. So far we haven’t used them but my two kids have fought with these and had a blast. Making sword fighting great again! Only issue is they are heavy but I think they will hold up for awhile.

Good training product
Use this to practice basketball with my son. Too old to keep up and jump with my son, this product helps a lot. Makes it tougher for him to score on me which makes him a better player. Reason for the 4 stars is the cushion slides of the poles, have to keep adjusting it so it doesn't fall off. Recommend this product as a training tool.

I train my clients in different martial arts and these are the perfect tools for the job.I am able to keep my distance and coach my clients effectively. Save your money!
I bought these pads for $160 with shipping in aug/ 21 from this vendor. After searching the go sports website, they sell them for $80, with shipping and exchange, it was still less then $160. Now this page is selling them for $350. That’s almost a 300% mark up. They’re good pads, good quality, but beware of the greed from this vendor and try and find them from the website, or buy some pvc pipe, some foam and make your own for cheaper. Its sad a great product is being exploited for someone’s greed
