I have only been taking this supplement a few days. It has already brought my blood down a few points. Also now that i have taken a bottle i checked my cholesterol and it is down to normal range.

I have been taking for 2 months and with a good diet, it has help lower my cholesterol from 248 to 202 so far! I have also included shakeology to my diet as it promotes that it helps reduce cholesterol.

Gave this product 6 months to see if it worked. Had my blood work done and do believe it is helping. All points improved. Also diet has a lot to do with this working. I am controlling my cholesterol by diet only.

Proof it works!
I started taking this supplement one week ago today. I didn't have high expectations, but was VERY surprised when I went to the doctor yesterday and my cholesterol had gone since the week before.
