I bought the orange set (massage roller, back roller, massage ball and foot roller) primarily to support recovery from a recent bout of sciatica and for post mountain hikes. Likes: - the main foam roller is excellent quality and digs deep into the larger muscles which really helps relieve muscle tightness - the foot roller is also great; the contours particularly support reaching various foot muscles which is supporting my recovery from 'foot drop' - the massage ball I found to be useful for tighter muscle knots in the larger muscles groups Dislikes (mild): - the soft inner roller is a great idea and I do use it on the more sensitive muscles however, I suspect that it won't last the test of time unlike the other kit components This is a great quality set that covers all my recovery needs that is competitively priced so highly recommended. I hope it works as well for your recovery as it did for mine!

A nice selection of recovery tools. This is a complete set to work on any aches, pains or tightness. Rollers are full size and I especially like the prickly roller and the foot massager! Very strong so you can put your full weight into the rollers as you work your muscles.

Quick delivery and as described. Foam roller set included outer and inner rollers, foot roller, a soft point roller carry bag and guide / instructions to hekp get you started. Like the fact that the inner roller fits snug in the outer roller for space saving when not in use. Harder/Firmer than I expected it would be but has been doing the job to help with tension in my lower back.

This is the second product I've bought from Elvire and both times I've been really happy with my purchase - their products are great quality and I've always received prompt and friendly customer service if I've had any questions (I previously bought their pack of 3 resistance bands). The foam roller set comes in a handy storage bag that also makes it easy to transport and fits all the pieces in perfectly. Also, it's not too big (see picture with ruler for scale) so not too cumbersome nor takes up too much space. The red soft roller fits inside the larger black roller (see pictures) which makes it easier to store too. For someone who is just starting to use foam rollers as part of their post-workout routine, I have found starting with the softer roller best, and is great that the option is provided with the harder one for those who are more experienced in their foam roller usage! The small, shaped roller (see picture) feels amazing on the inner arches of my feet...who knew?! And the little roller ball is great for getting stuck into tight spots, like around the shoulder blades or specific spots on the calves. It also has the capacity to drop some oil inside it if you want a more relaxing massage effect which is a nice touch - not tried that yet, but I intend to! It all comes with a handy and clear guide of how to use the set safely, indicating dos, don'ts and tips to get the best use out of them. I would definitely recommend Elvire Foam Roller set!

I'm a PT and fitness instructor and having bought and recommended Elvire resistance bands to many of my clients in the past, I was delighted to see that they had brought out a foam roller set. The design of the set is slightly different to others on the market and these small changes make a great impact to more standard pieces of equipment. I love that you get a soft roller that stows away neatly into the large roller, the foot roller is both effective and does not fly off under your furniture, and the ball roller is a fantastic equivalent to a lacrosse ball, but easier to get into position for hard to reach areas because it has the flat-based enclosure. I also really liked that the set came with a booklet describing how to use each piece of equipment for the best benefits. This is a really well thought out set, great quality and exceptional value and Elvire are fantastic to deal with. I will be recommending this product to my clients from now on as well as the bands!

It was a good item. Pretty expensive. I’m new to the foam roller so I don’t know if my opinion matters too much. It does what it says on the box. The black roller is really hard on the body. Whereas the soft one is better. How ever the soft one doesn’t hold me up well when rolling my back.

Non è il primo Roller che uso, ma è sicuramente il migliore, i dentini del roller principale sono abbastanza duri (il che da anche duratura al roller poi il tempo darà la forma e adatterà la durezza dei denti) da dare sollievo immediato. Se c'è bisogno di adattarsi al roller principale, c'è il Soft Roller in dotazione perfetto su zone più sensibili o con dolori più acuti. Il roller per il piede è molto stabile, ma con la sua forma permette di lavorare anche su caviglie, polsi, o punti del corpo dove si vuole concentrare di più il massaggio. La pallina dura, è ottima per fare massaggi localizzati, essendo incastrata in un cilindro gli conferisce stabilità che altre non hanno. Il sacchetto, infine, è molto capiente ed efficace, contiene perfettamente tutto quello che viene dato in dotazione e anche di più, io ho aggiunto una pallina da tennis e due dentate, per completare il mio set. (Vedi video). Sono soddisfatto e lo consiglio fortemente a chi ne fa un utilizzo moderato, utile come preparazione all'allenamento o semplice stretching, per migliorare la flessibilità, per automassaggio e soprattutto per sbloccare dolori di schiena alle gambe, o come nel mio caso, dolori cervicali. Perfetto sia per principianti sia per chi sa come usarlo al meglio.

Das Set kam vollständig und ist gut verarbeitet. Die Faszienrolle würde ich als mittelhart bezeichnen, finde sie optimal sollte aber nicht noch härter sein. Die Erhebungen sind viel besser als die üblichen Rollen mit 3 verschiedenen Zonen, sodass die Muskeln& Faszien richtig gut massiert werden. Die andere Rolle ist schön weich und lässt sich problemlos in die schwarze Rolle schieben. Der Fußroller ist angenehm & kann auch für die Handgelenke verwendet werden.
