At 50cm this hose was great to do the deeper cleanouts. I attached it to the end of our hand-held shower hose. This gives me the flexibility needed to fully insert the nozzle. I like the thinner hose for navigating some of my interior plumbing. Pay attention when inserting the hose as it can double over on itself it it doesn't find the proper path. Everyone's insides are slightly different, so it may take a couple of tries to learn just how much water pressure to use and where to direct it to nudge your sigmoid colon to open up and allow full insertion.

1st Off, the Quality of the item is Great — highly flexible, and easy to use, for my needs… Unfortunately, I ordered the Wrong Size (which was only determined, AFTER Use!) There are other avenues, where it'll be more effective — just… NOT for what I had in mind. I don't have enough money, to get a replacement — a “50cm” variant — this month… but, February is not too far away… I'll get my replacement, then! (p.s. The item was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE… and, there was MINIMAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED.)

this is an absolute treasure. this has excellent flexibility, length, and comfort to do the deepest cleanouts.. the length on the longest option is enough to attach directly from the shower pipe and still have sufficient lengrh to insert. the 4 way spray ball end type nozle is lower water volume, but it does well enough while being a gentle option. its thinner width is great for those who would experience discomfort from insertions. sometimes it will double over itself when inserted in a way that it cant get through a closure or a bend, but you will find technique in the freedom allowed by knowing its softness means not having to worry about puncturing or perforating any intestinal walls. this is the best, even if you arent experienced enough to know better. price is a steal for unique offerings. id pay more for a non corrosive brass version.

Missing tapered end as pictured in listing ball that does go on end is very sharp your over paying for a cheap piece of hose look elsewhere

I've had this for about a month and it seems to be a good quality product and was easy to install. I simply removed my handheld showerhead and replaced it with this. Just a couple tips I've to learn from experience: -Remember to switch back to your main shower head if you have one. Otherwise, next time you turn the shower on this will flip around and spray water all over the place. -Experiment with the water pressure. Less is more in experience. Especially if you're using this to prepare for an intimate encounter. This really gives a deep cleansing but too much water and you might feel squeaky clean for a few minutes and then suddenly develop a stomach ache that has you rushing back to the bathroom.

Near impossible to reach deep into the colon with out it just unclench up into a mess inside the rectum cavity. A real PITA literally!

I love the shape and medium firm flexibility. Helps get the water where it needs to go and have had the best pre-playtime clean-outs ever. Very easy to clean when done and it seems to resist melting when I use lube to help insert. Have loved it so much, I bought a second one for my other shower and my buddy bought one, too!
