Best game ever this brought back so many memories from telltale Recommend this game if you love game of thrones

Please season 2 come soon. This is one of the best games I've played but I definitely recommend you watching the first 5 seasons of GoT (or all of it, it lives up to all the hype). This is a very well written game where the current main character who is on screen (think scenes in a show) is under your control. You sometimes move around, pick up objects, read things, investigate, but most of the time you are nose deep in discussion, analyzing the one you are talking too, friend or foe. House Forrester is a family loyal to House Stark and you play as the many siblings from that family. The story takes place all over Westeros and in some of the Free Cities. The game is voiced by some of the actors from the show and boy are they great voice actors! Actually, all of the voice acting was top tier. I really felt like I was in the GoT universe, which brought me to tears as I am in love with this epic fantasy. I am so invested in the characters and just like with the show I am so scared they will die at any moment. It makes me more eager and anticipated for the next scene. I couldn't stop talking about it with my friend who played it and still think about it.

It's another relaxing telltale game... which is nice once in awhile. Only problem with this one is the ending is just totally unfinished. Only will be good IF (and that's doubtful) they continue the series with another 6+ parts down the road. Now that the 360 is done, it'll never be designed for that console... so I guess if it does ever exist, it'll have to be next generation on the xbox one. Game only lasts about 12 hours (all 6 parts) but it is a good storyline... just too bad it doesn't all come together for some type of conclusion at the end. Even after you get your results in relation to how other players made decisions, there's a few more scenes... which don't help to be conclusive at all... I don't understand.

Most uncomfortable gaming experience I have had in my entire life. It's like being back in high school again, where everyone has has to assert their dominance and make you feel inferior to them. The first half of the game is all "respect my authoritah!" and "bow before me, and kiss my ring", and "i killed that person you love, let's act out me killing them in front of you to rub it in". I have been a gamer since the days of the Atari 2600, and have never had a worse gaming experience than this game. Never has a game been less fun than this one. There's also the fact that you are playing the story from 4 (?) different people's point of view, so you are jumping all over the place asking yourself "WTF is going on". It's like the people that wrote this script had ADD. Then there's the fact that Telltale's game engine is awful. The graphics are subpar, and there are constant screen freezes where either the game can't handle the mediocre graphics, or it is saving every single button choice you make. Really takes away from the immersion of the game when you have 10-15 second delays constantly while the game is doing whatever it is that is causes the freezing. I am slightly more than halfway thru this game, and I would say it is the worst game I have ever played. I genuinely can't play more than one chapter at a time before I am bored or uncomfortable enough that I need to turn the game off and go play something that is actually fun. I would not recommend to anyone, even serious Game of Thrones fans.

Beautiful story; perfect voice-acting; emotionally-impactful; glitches & choppy scenes nearly ruin it. Story: The story is engaging and is in-line with Martin's novels and HBO's series. The characters are wonderful and engaging; I was fully-invested in each character. Story-wise, this is damn-near perfect. I'd read a novel version of this, except I wouldn't be as invested. The choices make this worth playing, even if you've never watched/read anything related to the series. Gameplay: fun but the games is so glitchy and choppy that the action sequences don't feel right. You'll need to swipe left to avoid a sword attack, but the game will freeze, the PS3 will groan, and then the scene will cut ahead. The tension is lost, and you end feeling frustration. You get pulled out of the amazing story and world. The dialogue often gets behind or ahead of the images on-screen. It is frustrating. The game should be winning awards and being a top-seller, but I have a hard time recommending to friends because of how bad a few things are: 1) Load times are horrible. Might as well start a load of laundry. 2) Recaps will make you physical sick. Chopping and confusing. 3) Action and dialogue scenes can be painfully choppy. All of these issues should have been fixed. And what is extra frustrating is that Tell-Tale games ALL have these problems. Dear, Tell-tale, Please fix these problems in future installments. Your games are amazing. Your performance is awful. Dear, everyone else: PLAY THIS GAME and fight through the flaws.

Haven't played it yet, only reviewing to tell people that even though Telltale Games shut down and that there were some delisting issues, you can still download the episodes as of 5/29/19 on the Xbox 360 disc version. It may take a few tries for the un-downloaded episodes to register from "Coming soon" to "Purchased, but not installed". Usually booting the game back to home and restarting it a few times and getting to the DLC/Download episodes section does the trick. Maybe ejecting or restarting the Xbox as well if that doesn't do it. Once it recognizes that you own the season pass, you are able to download each episode individually. They are all roughly 750mb to 1 gb large. Hope this helps, and I hope this method goes on for as long as it can, because it would be a major bummer to buy this and only be able to play episode 1. Some notes: It takes a little while to boot up. There is no download update when putting the disc in. The episodes do not automatically install. This will not work on the Xbox 1, as it is not backwards compatible. If you own the Xbox 1 disc version of GoT, supposedly you are able to download the episodes as well on an Xbox 1, but I cannot verify this as the disc version is more expensive and more rare to find. Only Episode 1 is on disc, so if the server ever shuts down, there may possibly no way to get the other episodes (as there aren't even any links on the website to force a download either). The downloading of episodes is reliant on Xbox Live 360 purchasing capability. I was unable to download them yesterday as there was a Xbox Live outage regarding making purchases with the 360, so even though the episodes are free, they use that interface to download the episodes. Otherwise, it says it can't retrieve your payment info and doesn't let you download them. Warning: Game of Thrones and Minecraft Story Mode got delisted earlier this month or late April, and now the other games are getting delisted from other platforms like GoG and Steam. I would install any Telltale games you have and boot them up to make sure you have all the episodes on whichever platform to be safe.

Great game if you love story-driven adventures. Keep in mind that this game is more of an "interactive show" than it is a game. Shipping was punctual, as usual for Amazon Prime! This is a hard disc that will install the first episode onto your console, and provides you with a season pass for the remaining episodes. However, for those of you with slow or limited internet access-- keep in mind that you will need to download the remaining episodes from the xbox store. The only gripe I had is that I couldn't figure out how to install it on my xbox since no instructions were included. I already had the first episode installed, but even with the disc, I was prompted to buy the remaining episodes. I googled it and apparently you have to hover over the game on your home page, hit the menu button on your controller, click 'manage bundle', and then click install. And THEN after the game is "installed", I had to go to the xbox store and download the remaining episodes for free. Not terrible, but slightly annoying. However, I would still recommend!

Got this for my soon to be grandson. He is 10 and has wanted this game for over a year. It was a Christmas Present and was so happy. He kept saying I cant believe I actually got it. I asked him and his little sister both..... not what they needed for Christmas....but what they wanted........ not what parents told them to ask for. A kid will tell you his or her desire that way! Christmas is about fun. And I do thank the Good Lord above it was at a great price and reasonable enough for us to purchase it. It came a little sooner than thought which was great.......because I was late ordering it. It did arrive in plenty of time however which was awesome. I was worried it was gonna come on Xmas eve...... to which it would have been my own fault. So thank you so very much for offering this NEW never played game to which he is not used to either. It dont matter to him but when calling friends he said I got a Brand NEW never been played before....etc. I will make sure to look in your stores from now on since I had such a great experience to begin with.

D'abord le bon, même si le jeu est un peu compliqué à comprendre, on se prend vite à l'histoire - attention c'est plutôt violent. Le moins bon - Les graphismes sont moyens. Le très mauvais - Impossible de télécharger l'épisode 6 (si quelqu'un sait comment faire - merci )

1. Disc is from US Region. 2. Can't download Episode 6 in Indian PSN account as DISC region is US. 3. Only Episode 1 to 5 are there in Disc. 4. So can't complete the season, can't obtain Platinum Trophy.
