I bought this for my mom, because she suffers from arthritis and fibromyalgia and it said it can help with inflammation. She was having flair ups every week and once she started taking it I asked and she was like she didn't notice anything different, but then later that night she said you know what I haven't had a flair up since she started taking it. She is on her 2nd bottle and still hasn't experienced the flair ups. It doesn't taste good, but the taste doesn't linger. When I took it I would just drink water and swish around in my mouth and swallow to get anything remaining. I am pretty healthy so I didn't notice anything for myself, but if you have known issues I recommend trying this. I just arrived at my home. The package was delivered. But when I opened it the glass was broken. I tried to take out the pieces of glass but it was to much into the sea moss

I have thyroid problems and I’ve been reading a lot about seamoss so I decided to order this product. It arrived super well packaged, icy cold, and it was a struggle to open it because the seal was so tight. I was kind of scared to try it because it seems like most people think it tastes really bad. Mine didn’t taste like anything. I take 2 spoons each morning. The texture is almost jelly like. I can’t really claim it has done anything for me so far. I’ve been only taking it for 4 days. But I’ll keep taking it and see if it has any benefits as far as my body.

I was nervous to try sea moss for the first time but finally decided to give it a try. This brand seemed like a good one to try as it was all-natural with no additives or preservatives. This flavor is actually almost flavorless with a slight aftertaste of the ginger and turmeric, which was quite pleasant. I wouldn't have minded more flavor as I enjoy ginger, but having it being almost flavorless was a surprise. The consistency took a second to get used to as, again, this was a first for me, but it wasn't bad. I tried it on its own in a spoonful and I also tried it in a smoothie. My husband and 2 young children ( under 10 ) tried it as well. The kids thought it was weird, but their kids. The husband plans on traveling the sea moss journey with me. I also tried the Pineapple and really enjoyed the flavor of it. The flavor was so good. Not too sweet and not sour. The item came within 3 days of placing the order. It arrived in a layer of bubble wrap with ice packs, which still had some frozen spots. Which was a surprise as it was 112 degrees here in good ole Texas that day. Everything was sealed tight and nicely packaged. I am very happy with my purchase and ready to try more of the flavors and benefits of the other options.
