After reading a few less-than-glowing reviews of this Kwan Yin statue, I was a little hesitant, but this little figurine was the size I wanted and the price was right. It has turned out to be perfect. The color is more a deep brown than black, but I actually prefer (and was searching for) the brown. The detail is very nice, and it doesn't wobble on a flat surface. It is lightweight, but it looks and feels substantial. I'm really pleased.
