Use Scalp Cleansing Shampoo to remove the sebum from the scalp by massaging the shampoo into the scalp. The goal is to reach a good PH level to achieve the best results guaranteed. 2. Apply Root Awakening AM Serum to slightly damp to dry hair in the morning after you shampoo your hair. Fill the serum dropper between .50 - 1.0 ml and apply to thinning areas by massaging the serum into your scalp gently. At the end of the day, repeat the same process with the PM Root Nourishing Serum. These treatments should be used with our 272 laser cap for 10-20 minutes, 6 days a week, either morning or night. 3.
