I have bought two of these ice machines, one works beautifully the other one has never worked.it was a gift, but because of lockdown and Christmas being cancelled my in laws didn't receive it until the new year and when they unpacked it and turned it on it did not work. Neither Huisen Furniture Company or Amazon will replace it with a product that works or give me my money back as I didn't let them know within 30 days. So i have an ice machine that doesn't make ice and someone else has my money. I am so disgusted with both Amazon and Huisen Furniture.

The media could not be loaded.  This machine does not work. The seller asked me to take a video of it not working. It is attached and was sent directly to the seller last week. I am waiting for a refund.

Bought this in August 2020. Let it stand for 24 hours as per instructions. Used it once and got a decent batch. Went to use it again December 2020 and it has stopped working.

Ok product but takes a long tome to fully make ice more like an hour, and that’s using iced water from fridge, found it quite difficult to take stopper out to empty remaining water in tankUpdate. Had this 8 months now hardly used but since this heatwave it’s been on in my caravan every day, it’s been a godsend, got to grips with the stopper now so easy to use
