This is the second time I bought products from here for two different phones. They all work well and it’s easy to follow the instructions. I am happy that my phone is alive again!

It is a $20 iPhone replacement screen... You expect it to not be as good as the original, or otherwise you would just buy a new phone. But since I am a cheapskate, I went this route.Installation took me about an hour or so and went smoothly for the most part. The instructional videos available online are very good and helped me throughout.The screen is not nearly as bright as the original factory screen, but again... It is a $20 replacement screen, so I expected it to be lower resolution and brightness. The biggest gripe is that the screen has lost a bit of sensitivity and typing can be difficult at times. Lock and unlock, and it usually gets better. Donta ask me how or why...

You’re always taking a gamble with non apple products. I had it installed by a previous apple employee And even they said, “I don’t know how long this is going to last.” This screen rendered me phone less for about two weeks as it stopped reading my fingers on the screen. Even had the apple employee opened it again to see why it wasn’t reading my fingers. this resulted in me getting a new phone. I’ve always tested my luck with non Apple screens but just this time it didn’t end well.

I’ve prided myself by never breaking an iPhone screen. Until now. My wife and kids just get new phones through insurance but I have to have the home button. This screen was easy to put in, with the help of the YouTube video. I saw complaints about it being dull in color and brightness but I honestly can’t tell a difference.Word of warning, be sure to get the sealant on when it’s completely disassembled. The instructions and video failed to say when you put that on. Had to disassemble again to get the seal back on.

Was super excited to get a kit that came with everything this one did. All the tools were helpful and not turbo-cheap. My screen protector arrived shattered, which was unfortunate. It might be worth buying a better one anyways.Aside from that, I notice this screen is much less vibrant in color - as though saturation was turned down. I also observed reduced touch sensitivity and responsiveness. The alignment pegs didn’t fit perfect, but well enough.Overall, this is better than a shattered screen. I would be P’d off if this was for my phone, and am just glad it’s for my MIL. I would also say find a better screen, but that could be difficult.

Tools were just right and directions were good, although lacking a couple steps. Very tedious process, don’t attempt if you’re not careful and patient. My home button no longer works after installing this replacement screen - beware, apparently this is a common problem, caused by defective screen
