Good stuff but will make a grown man cry. Stings
Works well, but stings like a Mother$&#&&!!!erIf you're the type of person to knaw on your canker sores all day, you'll love this stuff for cuts and scrapes. It will make you cry. Best product for the job anyway. Works like glue and disinfects. The nexcare no sting spray is a good alternative for children, or if you're a total wuss, but doesn't work nearly as well.Think of it like closing a wound with clear nail polish. That's what it's like.

aerosol spray type is so much better
Normally I use the spray kind of liquid bandage but since this was on sale i decided to try it. Bad idea.Application is so much harder with brush, you can't get thin, even coating so it drips and takes a lot longer to dry. Also since you have to make contact with brush, the skin abrasion hurts a little more. I also don't like the idea of touching a cut with brush and then putting brush back into bottle. So I had to rinse it off each time.Harder to use, more painfully to use, possible bacterial contaminationI'll just still with aerosol version bandaid:http://www.amazon.com/New-Skin-Bandage-Antiseptic-Applications-1-Ounce/dp/B001G7QRXK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1396474585&sr=8-3&keywords=nu+skin+spray

It means you have good blood flow
I have been using this for years to seal up new cuts I get in the yard or in the shop. Under normal use, it will cover and seal most cuts relatively quickly. With really large cuts, expect a blood bubble to form under it after you apply it. This is normal. It means you have good blood flow. Once this happens, give it half an hour, rupture the bubble, and clean it out. Be carful not to rip open the wound. Liberally apply another covering of New-Skin and your wound will heal much faster. Use it. Love it.

How did I go so long without you?
I swear..it's like I was living under a rock and now I see the light!I recently gave myself a pretty gnarly gash from a piece of glass and so I had this long but thin open wound that a regular bandaid just wouldn't fit over. I'd say...2-3 inches long and this was just perfect.I just slathered it on, let it dry and boom, worries gone.I don't know about others and maybe I don't even need this step...but just so you know (if you've never used it) it's like a nail polish brush and it kind of works just like that. And I know I'm sure I don't need to do it...but it bothers me to have to put that right back into the bottle after usage, so I always wipe the brush really good after before I stick it back in.If you don't have this...get it. I keep these bottles everywhere, even in the trunk.

Almost perfect
I have Raynauds so have splits in my fingers all the time. I have gone through hundreds of dollars worth of tape which is useless if you wash your hands as often as you should because you spend all day removing and replacing bandages. My brother told me about New Skin and I have been using it since. The burn when you put it on, seemingly from an antiseptic, is overkill as far as I am concerned for no one should have to suffer pain when we could just as easily use soap or Betadine but one day maybe companies will listen to patients. Meanwhile it is New Skin or Dermaplast (which you must mortgage your house to buy). It only lasts 24 hours then you have to peel it off and reapply if the cut/split has not started to mend. I reapply for a week or so. Movement once you use New Skin is not a problem as it is with tape. It is especially helpful on splits that go under your fingernail where tape is useless. And it is wonderful when putting on mittens/gloves where tape is not as it balls and falls off.

I love this product for covering small wounds because it is ...
I love this product for covering small wounds because it is water proof yet easy to get off. I also use it to protect my nails like nail polish for the same reason. I have noticed that this will last a lot longer than a bottle of nail polish now that I am down to the last drops in my old first bottle. I plan on cleaning the little jar and brush for other uses...

Didn't even know liquid band-aid was a thing. Glad I do now.
It stings, but so much better than a band-aid that will fall off at anytime. My father has cracked and draw hands and he swears by this stuff. I'm glad I got this for him. I'm worried about the warning saying don't use it too often, but my father uses it whenever he needs to with his bleeding cracked dry hands. That's a couple times a week.

Very Useful Product
I'll admit that the smell is a little strong but I do not find it offensive. It seems as though I am constantly getting cuts or scratches in the kitchen or garden and this product is important to provide antiseptic and protective/sealing properties immediately to the cut/scratch. Much more effective than a bandage. D. Howard
