Fast Wi-Fi Card With The Right Equipment
I have to say, i was skeptical to try this product for when i bought this, there wasn't any reviews but I took the plunge and bought it anyways. I recently built a PC and picked the Archer T9-E for it is Hackintosh compatible. I haven't really used the Hackintosh side of my PC so I thought i'd replace it. This Fenvi card blew that POS away, which was giving me weak signals and slow DL speeds even if the router is right beside it.Now as to how to get blazing fast wifi. You must have a wave 2 router that is capable of 160 mhz, and in my case, I have the Netgear Nighthawk x4s (R7800). In addition, you must first enable HT 160. Just tick the checkbox to enable the "HT160" which is under Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings. Also just to be safe, go to Advanced > Setup > Wireless Setup and untick "Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence"UPDATE: I turned off "Dynamic QoS" on my router and i got a better speed! It's pretty much the same as a wired connection.

Looked great...too bad it blew up my Windows 10 install.
I've been a working IT professional my entire career. I buy lots of tech stuff. I *install* a lot of tech stuff. Every single day, to feed my kids. For going on 30 years. So suffice it say I know my way around computer hardware. This card looked great and installed rapidly with the included low profile bracket. Build quality looks great, and it's expected at this price range. No sooner did Windows 10 Pro auto-load the driver than my machine gave the dreaded blue screen of death with the NDIS core driver (the driver Win 10 tries to install for this card). Safe mode won't work. Drivers copied over on a USB drive won't work. Windows 10 build 1803 never came up again. 12 cores of Xeon X5670, 54GB of RAM, a massive RAID array, and no way to get a 40 dollar wifi card to work on it...lol.Good luck - I hope yours was better than mine. I have to stop reviewing and start restoring from backup. You've been warned...

Fenvi Dual Band Wireless-AC 9260 PC PCIE / AMD First Gen Ryzen 1600x Working
Wow 5/5 stars, I'm not tech savy but this wifi card for desktops it's top notch.Install was fast, it's been working for months not a single drop in the connection or problem. It works in a ASUS B350 plus motherboard and a first gen AMD Ryzen 1600x all drivers and bios up to date including the chip set drivers for the motherboard. I installed the latest drivers from INTEL web site for the Wireless-AC 9260 & BT. The bluetooth also works, I will update in the future for now everything works as expected, I'm a happy costumer and Fenvi won a loyal costumer.

A failure on every conceivable level.
It does ONE thing -- Bluetooth works, but if I'd wanted a USB Bluetooth dongle, I'd have purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle. A LOT of name brand computers, like HP & Dell don't have a USB socket inside to plug into, so this is going to frustrate a lot of people.A label on this card identifies it as FV-AC2030T, but that model # isn't anywhere on this Amazon link, or the Fenvi website. In fact, the card isn't on their website as anything. Here on Amazon they link to the driver from Intel, which loads, but couldn't make it run when installed in one PCIe slot, and couldn't even find it installed in either of the other two! The card didn't come with a CD, and the "manual" doesn't match the card. The Fenvi "support" link doesn't do anything. This should have taken 5 minutes, and instead, wasted an hour and a half.I gave it one star because Bluetooth does work, but why you'd want to use up a PCIe slot as a mounting bracket for a USB Bluetooth dongle, I can't imagine. I don't know if it's really Bluetooth 5 -- I didn't get that far.

Works in PCIe x1, not PCIe x16. Drivers direct from Intel are best.
Took a couple hours to get driver / physical install worked out. First big problem was the PCIe x16 port - Windows saw the card and installed the Intel 9260 driver, but I was getting driver errors in device manager and not seeing networks. At this point, I thought it was a driver issue, but the drivers from the Fenvi site (which appear to be slightly outdated Intel Pro Set and BT drivers) actually crashed Windows (haven't seen that in years!). I got the drivers from Intel, and after that didn't work I almost gave up before I thought to switch out another PCIe device to try this card in a PCIe x1 slot, and it works right away. It fits fine in the slot (I had read complaints of similar models being too thin).I bought this to replace an old AC1300 usb stick that had grown inconsistent with age (losing connections). I like that this has a heat sink, which will hopefully add some longevity. The router is across the house, and this card's 5 Hz reception is (in wifi status) is about half of what the usb card had, but still reaching the ~100 Mbps cap from our cable company. One huge plus that completely mitigates this for me is that I can now reach those same speeds on 2.4 Hz (the USB adapter would max out at ~30 Mbps). My modem can't do the HT160 mode, so I can't test that feature.Bluetooth seems to be working fine. Overall, I am very happy with how it is working currently. I have not had any lost connections. I will try to remember to update this review to see how this card holds up. If it does, it's really a crazy deal.
