These bags fit under the seats of most air craft. They are very good and smaller than easyjets under seat dimensions.

Can be use it as backpack? Does it come with shoulder straps?

It cannot be used as a back pack but ithas one shoulder strap. However with the retractable handle and two wheels its perfect for whizzing through the airport and fits under the seat perfectly. Ideal for Ryanair.

Does anyone use this bag for Wizzair? Is this bag compatible for size 40*30*20?

Definitely the size stated as 40x25x20 is correct and is a very good bag. I have not travelled with Wizzair but it fits easily under the seat in all the aircraft I have travelled on.
