There is an error in the information for this item. I bought this and when I opened the package, only the battery was inside. I called the company and they researched it and told me about the error. They don't stock the door. The info should be changed to just state the battery and not the door. Also, price should be changed to reflect the price of the battery only. Company was cool about offering refund. I just have to call them back and try to get them to refund shipping on both ends. One more thing. I have yet to find a web site that sells the extended door alone.

It was the wrong battery and it cost me shipment fees even though i gave my type phone and numbers

After charging over 24 hours battery lasted less than one hour of service. And, "No, it's not the phone - I have other batteries that still last over 10 hours. Your batteries must be old from sitting on the shelf. I recognize that this phone is old but I'm trying to keep it going and obtaining faulty batteries isn't helping.

I have an older cell phone that I hate to part with. Unfortunately no local retailers carried these batteries any longer -- I was thrilled to find them at Amazon. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have not used them yet so I cannot comment on their performance. I am glad to have a couple of spares on hand.
