I bought this for my son to keep between his knees in his wheelchair. The straps are made for huge legs so I cut them off and just use the foam part. The foam is firm and hold it's shape well.

It's been okay. The velcro strap is nice, but after a while we don't even bother to use it anymore. The foam has squished down pretty easily. Wish it was something that stayed firmer longer, more like memory foam or something.

The light-weight foam collapses from the weight of my top leg from 3.25" to around an 1" (i am 6' 175) so that the space is no longer optimal. The velcro strap can accommodate a "knee" in up to a 26" in circumference so when you adjust it for a normal knee there is lots of strap flapping about and very little velcro fastener overlap.I've gone back to a pillow.

It's good, but with constant use, the foam gets debilitated and takes on a smaller shape. Should issue it with a higher grade of foam.

Wasn't as big as I expected. But works!! The seller should not put it with the other 8-10' pillows.Thank you.

The pillow is a little small for me. Maybe it is because I toss alot, but it was difficult to keep in place while I slept. I have purchased a different pillow that is longer and has two straps, and I am finding it works much better.

I bought this for my mother who is confined to a wheelchair and has no control of her legs. Without something between them her knees go together. This works very well to keep them apart, and is very well made. The one we had previously did not hold up well. The foam insert came apart easily and the cover did not wash up well, but this one is much better. I would definitely recommend it.

You don't lose this one in the covers at night when you roll over. The foam could be a little firmer & for someone with a small leg the velcro strap isn't sized too well. All in all, though, I like it.

For the price you can't really go wrong. If fastened it will keep your knees from knocking against each other. Good for arthritic knee.
