The head is nice and heavy and the rubber spray plate seems to be good quality. The hose is fairly long but who couldn't use an extra 12"? The hose is an aluminum shrouded surgical tubing like you get with those cheap garden hoses. At first, I was kinda disappointed in the cheap feeling hose, however, having a light weight hose has its benefits when swinging around in the shower as opposed to something more substantial. The spray is not as strong as my regular shower head, but that may be due to the T I am using. I didn't use the included wall holder as it requires it to be adhered to the shower wall. Instead, I am using a suction cup one found here on Amazon, which works well but is chrome colored plastic. All in all, I am pretty happy - it's nice being able to rinse parts of the shower down and get to some hard to reach places for myself, like arm pits, feet, etc.

Using this in conjunction with a rainfall shower head. A handheld makes it so much easier to wash feet and aim water exactly where it's needed. Also using it for non-bathing purposes like watering plants. Love the slim size and that the nozzles can be aimed so precisely compared to the other styles that are wide. So glad I upgraded my shower with this!

This is such a great shower wand, I can't believe I was going to pay mega bucks for a bigger name product. Like other reviews state, it's got excellent water pressure. I did take the flow governor out, it was easy to pop out with a screwdriver. It's super easy to install, infact, I bought it with the G-Promise water diverter sold on Amazon (Solid Metal Shower Arm Diverter with Handshower Mount for Hand Held Showerhead and Fixed Spray Head ∣ G 1/2 3-Way Bathroom Universal Shower System Replacement Part (Matte Black)) and I didn't even have to drill into my new tile for the holder because the diverter has a handle on it that holds this wand perfectly. I have zero leaks and it looks really nice. Most of the wands I saw were made of plastic but this is metal and looks very nice with my showerhead. I do wish the part with the holes was black like the rest of it, but it's not really a big deal. The hose is just long enough to get my dog's belly and makes bath time for him much faster. He still hates it but that will never change. I tried it on myself and it washes the shampoo out of my hair really nicely. So happy with my purchase!

Great hand held that is easy to install. The holder is a little chintzy so you might consider upgrading that, but the wand is great and durable.

Very easy installation even though the only instruction provided was a picture of the parts to be assembled. Not a biggie. I haven't even turned it on yet but it looks good just hanging from the water stub. The mount provided requires two screws to mount the bracket but I don't want to drill any holes in my shower surround (plastic). Need to go to the store for some proper adhesive. The only complaint I have is the length of the hows. It's almost two feet shorter than the unit I just took down. One of the things that attracted me initially is the claim to have an "extra long hose". NOT So I went to their website to see if I could buy a longer hose but none is offered. Bummer. The hose supplied is a really nice one but it's just too short for my needs. It barely reaches my knees even if I'm standing directly underneath the water supply. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I can actually use the unit. It seems like it's well made and very nicely finished. I just hope it works as well as the one I just took down.

I'm surprised at the high end look and quality of it for thirty bucks. The sprayer itself has good weight to it and it feels like it cost more than it actually did. It also sprays with a good amount of pressure for getting soap and shampoo off. The hose is a good length. No leaks. It matches well with the stainless diverter and Delta trim I got in stainless. I didn't care for having to screw into my new tile, so I used Loctite adhesive sealant to hang the mount and it's holding it beautifully. Thumbs up, so far!Edit 4/7/20: Still working just fine after almost a year of use. Doesn’t leak or dribble. I should also note that I used a non-permanent threading paste. It was my first time using it but I can tell you this... I’d never take on another plumbing project without it. It’s an added insurance against fittings & fixtures that leak no matter how tightly you screw them.Still rinses with strong pressure. Sits correctly in its holder, which is still firmly attached to my glazed porcelain tile (seriously if you’ve never used Loctite, you’re missing out). I’d buy this sprayer again for my other bathroom but it wouldn't look right in there. : ( Lol

This sprayer is simple. That's all I needed to replace my old one to make my tub look a bit nicer instead of the ol' crusty one I had. Yes, it's plastic, but the lightweight design of it is what I wanted anyway. It comes with everything which made it easy to install.Though, I didn't like the holder that was included (opted to buy another that didn't require drilling also without an ugly hole on the top which everyone can see).The hose is nice, metal, and I'm not mad about it. Like I said, it's simple and to the point. I just need a new sprayer to replace my old one and to use to rinse off the tub when I clean it.Pressure is good but I did take out the flow restrictor easily as there are instructions to do so. Length of the hose is adequate for reaching the length of my tub and not just a dangling mess (its not like I need a super long one either).

This handheld shower works amazing. There is an easy to install holder that mounts easy on your bathtub drywall wall using screws provided. Well made, and has all the needed seals, plumbers tape, and direction.

Nice design and easy to handle. Originally, I assumed that the 2 meter hose would be always getting in the way but now I don't think I would want it any shorter. With a 3-way diverter It's just so easy to install that I don't know why it's not a common fixture in all showers and I certainly wish I installed mine years ago.In general, a handheld shower option feels very luxurious and greatly increases the feeling of clean to be able to easily wash soap away from all the "nooks and crannies" ;). Afterall, cleanliness is next to godliness.

Der Brausekopf war bei mir im unteren Bereich nicht komplett von Edelstahl umgeben, so dass Kunststoff herausschaut, und das auch noch verschieden weit, als ob das Rohr mit der Hand abgesägt unnd dann zurechtgefeilt wäre. Auch die rechteckige Aussparung war an einer Stelle ungleichmäßig, anscheinend zu lange an die Schleifscheibe gehalten. Während die ersten Punkte vielleicht durch Reklamation zu beheben wären, scheint ein weiterer Teil des Designs zu sein: Die Verschraubung zum Schlauch lässt einige Millimeter des Plastikgewindes sichtbar frei. Für das Produktfoto muss jemand eine dünnere Dichtung verwendet und geschickt von oben fotografiert haben. Die Wandbefestigung war bei mir übrigens okay, wobei es sich um Kunststoff handelt, der Effekt von gebürstetem Edelstahl ist nur eine Beschichtung. Der Schlauch sieht ebenfalls okay aus, hier wurde (wie bei der Hülle des Brausekopfs) tatsächlich Edelstahl verwendet.Werde einen Qualitäts-Brausekopf bestellen (der alleine schon doppelt so teuer wie dieses Set ist) und mit dem KES-Schlauch kombinieren, denn ein Qualitäts-Schlauch kostet soviel wie das gesamte Set hier und wird wahrscheinlich genauso schnell durch Verkalkung unansehnlich.

Excellent product. Soft / flexible & perfect length shower hose, the shower head is very lightweight, super slim and running out of smooth/soft water perfectly to wash my dog's paws daily. I tried it out taking a shower for my dog today - with the slim shower head, I can reach all over of my dog from head to paws easily, I completes the shower for my dog in only 5 - 10 minutes which saving me a lot of time. More importantly , my dog enjoyed the shower very much. Thank you Keshili and Amazon selling this great product.

Ensemble pommeau + tuyau + support mural orientable, en'' acier inoxydable brossé''... Le pommeau de douche semble de belle qualité, il pèse dans la main (métal + ABS), le revêtement est esthétique (inox brossé je pense, ça y ressemble beaucoup en tous cas). Le tuyau est très souple et là encore, il me paraît de bonne facture. A tester lorsqu'ils seront installés, je voudrais vérifier l'intensité du jet d'eau.Concernant le support mural, il fait vraiment 'cheap', une simple feuille d'apparence inox brossé (je ne pense pas que cela en soit), très fragile, autour d'un support tout en plastique. Je trouve que ça contraste avec la qualité des deux autres pièces, et que c'est dommage.Du coup, j'ai commandé un autre support, sans pommeau/tuyau, en acier inoxydable brossé, et je verrai à la réception ce qui est le plus adapté.Franchement, pour quelques euros de plus, un support en métal inox brossé (avec une partie orientable en plastique, éventuellement) aurait donné à l'ensemble un très beau fini, et aurait gagné au produit deux étoiles supplémentaires.

Perfect for washing our pup, good power to wash off dirt but not a pointed spray that would hurt. Nice smaller size so it's easy to maneuver under his legs, feet and chest. Our only complaint is the stand is a bit flimsy but it's nice looking and does the job. Good looking shower head too! Don't forget to buy a hose though!
