Why everything is so costly...

Product lost its Shine in just TWO Washes
I have attached two photographs of the product. The inside and the outside. When it was delivered on April 4, 2021 both the sides looked the same... However, now after two usage (Apr 4th Dinner and Apr 5th Lunch) the outside has remained the way it was, BUT sadly the INSIDE has undergone a drastic change, something doesn't seem to be OK. Maybe ours was a faulty piece or maybe the product is very delicate or maybe it is allergic to VIM Bar and Scotch Brite Scrubber.On the positive side the thickness and size of the product matches our expectations

I didn't like it that much. Finishing is not nice
Quality is not upto the mark. It's really really huge... Unlike what has been described here in the website. This particular size is good for Cooking 6-8 members food.
