I have been in the health food business since the late 1980s and its a wonderful sideline business. I have learned so much and every day I benefit from using supplements.On paper, if you have a product that contains Vitamin C, Elderberry, Astragalus, Oregano, Ginger, Moringa and Garlic you would think you are onto a winner. So why did I only give it 2 stars?1. Many of the active ingredients have very low mg content. Take for instance Vitamin C. According to the Tahoma Clinic of Seattle, you need around 3000mg's of Vit C a day. This product gives you 60mg if you take 3 tablets. My standard daily dose of Elderberry is 600mg from one tablet, this product gives you 300mg with 3 tablets. My normal Astragalus is 500mg for one tablet, this gives you 275mg with 3 tablets. I could go on, but I hope you now realise how weak this product is. You need to take 3 tablets and still, you are not getting the best protection per mg.2. Whilst this list of herbs is very impressive, even if the mg's are not, it leaves some very important vitamins/supplements out. Right now in the middle of a pandemic Vitamin D and K3 is being seen as the single most important vitamin to help defend the body from viruses. This product does not contain D. NAC is another amazing supplement that is being shown to be a powerhouse against viruses. Quercetin is yet another supplement that is showing incredible potential against viruses. Add in Alpha Lopaic Acid, Selenium and or Glutathione and you could have a gold standard viral defence product. This product does not even have Vitamin D. What it does have are all useful herbs, but with low mg, there is so much more that could have been used to create a Rolls Royce product, especially at the price.Maybe I am missing the concept of an organic supplement, but I would prefer a supplement that is strong and going to have a really good effect against viruses. This product is too weak and misses out so many supplements that are being shown to be highly effective in this pandemic.I do not see value in this product and it is certainly not the best immune product on the market. I, therefore, cannot recommend this item.

I was happy to be offered this as I would always prefer to get vitamin and mineral support from herbs themselves rather than supplements, so, elderberry, oregano, garlic, ginger moringa and astralagus are all fine by me. As I love my varied rainbow fruits and vegetables,and eat little processed food, I know I am getting most of these micronutrient needs from foods themselves, so I don't feel the need for MEGA dosing - particularly as I am also taking other sensible supplements at this time -vitamin D, probiotics, essential fatty acids all do have studies which show particular use at this time.So - I am not taking the 3 tablets a day serving, but 1 a day. IF my diet were less good, I might need full dosage.I have not noticed any great change - nor would I ever expect to - these are part of helping me stay 'optimum' as I think at this time, a little extra help will never be unappreciatedWell packaged with good security seal, , carries 'approved' manufacturing standards from American (FDA) and the EU (GMP) and the US Dept of Agriculture Organic label. The tablets are quite chunky and certainly need a good slug of water to get down

Having a healthy immune system is so important for good health and for fighting the war against germs ... viral and bacterial.This supplement is a very good herbal/vitamin blend that offers support to the immune system. The main ingredients in this blend include ...** Amla fruit extract (for vitamin C) - 60 mg** Elderberry extract - 300 mg** Astragalas root extract - 275 mg** Oregano leaf powder - 150 mg** Ginger root extract - 250 mg** Moringa leaf powder - 400 mg** Garlic bulb powder - 150 mgIt's also worth noting that all of the above are organic.The tablets are oval and a mottled brown in colour, they have hardly any taste or smell and are easy to swallow with a glass of water.The recommended dosage is three daily which when taken together gives you the amount of mgs in the above ingredient list.I've been taking these for about a month now and as expected I don't really feel any different, however these type of supplements are not taken to heal or cure something but are taken as a support for the immune system and should help keep it in tip top condition.Price wise, I do think that £16.95 (price correct at the time of this review) is expensive for just one months supply, especially as I would need to also take a multivitamin and mineral supplement as well as this. However, this supplement has a very good selection of ingredients and if you can afford it then I have no problem in recommending this supplement.I hope you have found my review helpful

I've been trying a lot of immune boosting supplements for the last few years due to the combo of a chronic illness and now the pandemic.I consider this item rather on the expensive side for just a month's supply (approx. £17), but it does contain a really good selection of immune-supportive herbs, not all of which I've seen in other similar products. The dosage amounts here are pretty low for each vitamin/mineral - especially as the daily dose is three of the tablets - but this doesn't matter if you are already eating a healthy diet and/or using other more targeted supplements (both of which I am).Therefore I would suggest this is best purchased as a bonus booster for immune support, rather than a product you intend to rely upon to provide your RDA for Vitamin C (for example). Personally, I love that this is a natural, herbal product and the tablets are easy enough to swallow, so I would probably buy this again in future (likely during flu season each year!).
