Great set of earphones!
These are great earphones. Great sound, nice size case, easy to function. Overall very happy. Use them for work and to workout. They come with size options, so they don’t fall out when running or working out.

Love that they never die
Great for running and fit under a winter hat for dog hikes.

Poor Quality
I bought these because their other products are great. These were hard to pair, the sound quality was terrible, and I hear static.

Great set of earbuds for workout
The product was as advertised. The battery life is good and the fit is nice. The sound quality is great. You can download the companion app for android or iPhone which lets you set equalizer and other settings via your phone.

Bluetooth Connectivity Unreliable
Sound is standard with these, nothing stood out that made me feel like I was listening to a higher quality audio. Ironically they're designed for working out and yet when I run or work out at the gym I consistently loose Bluetooth connectivity. Audio cuts off in-between every 15 to 45 seconds making it extremely frustrating to listen to anything at all. I cant even go thru one song at the Gym without it cutting off or disconnecting. I read a lot of reviews that others had similar issues but did not expect it to be this bad. Battery life is standard nothing crazy either, the variety of different ear tips do help to find the right size but I still found myself getting annoyed with how easily they can fall out if moving too much. All honestly there are other brands you can get for less with higher quality audio & way better Bluetooth connectivity reliability than these I wouldn't recommend these at all. Jaybird has dropped the ball big time on these Run XTs.

Sound delay when using on MAC
The sound quality is impressive, providing rich and enjoyable audio. However, I did experience some issues with connectivity when switching between devices. Additionally, there was noticeable sound delay when using them with a Mac while watching videos, which was a bit frustrating.Occasionally, I encountered a brief interruption in the left earpiece, where the audio would stop for a few seconds before coming back. This interruption was infrequent, but it's worth mentioning.Comfort-wise, I found that the ear pods were not the most comfortable in-ear option.

They only had two jobs
They only had two jobs, and that would be great noise quality and connectivity. Bluetooth would cut in and out literally on every song or anytime I changed an app and it went from one sound bite to another. It did this on every device I tried it on. The predecessor jaybird X3 connected earphones that were wireless that I used to own were amazing and I had them for nearly 5 years with no problems and great sound quality. The only reason I bought these was because I didn't realize that my daughter dropped my x3's in the driveway (probably was my own doing haha) and I ran over them. The funny thing is is that they still worked until the battery went dead but when I went to recharge it it would not recharge. Now the X3 was built with an amazing sound and connectivity quality that has matched the best headphones I could put it against in the market and trust me when I tell you I have tried many many headphones. I am not hating on jaybird at all, in fact this is the best headphone company I've ever used, but either they dropped the ball or I got a lemon. I knew within the first hour of buying these earbuds that I'm reviewing that there was a problem. I tried everything I could on my end for about 3 days and then put in a submittal for return. And to save time shopping for new ones or dealing with complaints centers and so forth, I just reordered the x3s that I used to have, the ones I just purchased are refurbished and will arrive this week. We shall see how that goes. I have bought refurbished products from companies before and usually about 75% of the time it works out but at least 25% of the time, it's refurbished because it's just defective and that's just that. It's a gamble worth playing if a warranty comes with it.

Sehr guter Sitz, tolle features, leider hohe Latenz
Die Kopfhörer sind sehr gut. Leider haben die Kopfhörer mit Bluetooth 4 eine merkbare hohe Latenz. Das macht sich bei YouTube Videos bemerkbar.

No reliable Bluetooth connection
It takes a lot of effort to get the earbuds connected. Once connected, the reliability is poor and expected random disconnection of one of them. Terrible product.

Really bad
Fit well but the sound quality isn’t great and worst of all they’re OUT OF SYNC by at least a second with video / phone Bluetooth. Jaybird try to pass this off as “ensuring a good Bluetooth connection while working out” but it makes it a bit of a pain for anyone using them for specific times workouts like hangboarding (as a climber)

Poor battery life and disconnect a lot
The sound quality is good. Noise cancellation is also good. Battery life is pretty poor, you’ll get 4 hours out of them. One earphone disconnects regularly even when my phone close by. Volume control could be better, it’s doesn’t change gradually, it jumps. Not the best.
