These yarns are excellent quality. Beautiful vibrant colours. I'm quite a novice at crocheting so the quality of these yarns make my blankets look good quality. Plus as blankets they are very soft and warm to snuggle up with. My friends dogs also love them and so do our four very fussy cats which shows proof of the quality of the wool. The service and further follow up service to make sure yr happy with yr purchase is rare today but shows excellent caring service. Very nice basic knitting yarn. All Acrylic.I bought this 5 ball pack after using just one ball for a Rabbit I was knitting.I make soft toys and dolls and constantly looking for decent , low cost yarnsThis is better knitted on metal needles rather than wood or bamboo since the yarn feels a little dry to knit with, but once knitted up, the fabric feels soft enough and smooth.Ideal for toys or clothes for older children.I would buy this againGood Value and Recommended

Oh how I love Marriner wools. They really are such an incredible buy. I started using them to make baby blankets for an appeal to help the children of Nepal after the disaster there. I am an avid crocheter and this wool is excellent ( a size 4mm hook is best). I have crotched a number of blankets now and can find no complaint whatsoever. Marriner do some lovely shades and different types of wool. With each purchase you get a chart of the other packs and colours that are available. I have purchased at least 2 of these packs. REMEMBER, however many packs or balls of wool you purchase ONE P&P covers the lot.

One of the 6 baby jackets I have made and pram cover from the first pack of 10 balls I purchased and I still have 3 balls plus some left.....I love the wool...so soft and goes a long long way.....I have recently purchased another 10 balls and started to crochet a circular Baby Shawl between knitting more Baby jackets to use up rest of first batch...you won't be disappointed....

As always with Marriner, their wool is great and crochets up a treat. The price of £1 for 100gm is brilliant, so it keeps our localcharity shops supplied with cushion covers, bed runners and throws for very little money. Would recommend the double knittingas it goes a long way and is very easy to work with. Have used for a while now and would not use any other wool on the market.

I am using this yarn to knit my grandchildren sweaters. It knits up beautifully. One ball goes a long way and its nice and soft and easy to knit with. I will definitely re-purchase from this company.
