Swing Set Stuff Half Bucket Seat with SSS Logo Sticker, Blue

Our kid cannot swing safely on a regular swing. He’s special needs, & he forgets to hold on so he will let go and fall off/get hurt. Those other child swings that don’t have the chain across the front (the ones you have to lift your child up and into and get their legs through the swing leg holes) are not easy when your kid is bigger but not big enough to swing on a regular swing alone. This is a fantastic option for kids in between developmental stages. We can push him as high as his heart desires, he can let go and clap his hands, and due to the deep bucket seat and lap belt, he’s been totally safe. So, SO thankful for this swing!

We purchased a swing set for our daughter for Christmas and it only came with open swings. Since she is still small (a little over two), we found this seat to swap with one of the existing ones in the set. The seat is quite heavy and seems very durable. It is comfortable, easy to install and our child likes the buckle version a lot compared to the complete bucket seat.

I bought this swing for my almost 4 year old granddaughter, who weighs about 40 pounds. We were using the fully enclosed bucket swing that she had to be lifted in and out of, and she had gotten too big for it. She loves this swing because she can get in and out of it by herself. She calls it the "big girl" swing. I love it because the chain snaps easily across the front and holds her in. The delivery was as promised and it was easy to hang. This is just what I wanted!

I bought if for my 43lb 4 year old son, works well now but expected something a bit larger.
