Review: FANTASTIC UK 45 VINYL REPLICATION BOX 2 OF 4 FOR THE WHOS 50TH ANN - this was part 2 of the uk singles box that has been being released this year to mark the whos 50th ann, for whatever reason this box of replica uk only singles came in a bit more expensive then the first box the brunswick singles did back in the spring, anyway the next box will be the track singles from 1967 to 1973, this box to is as awesome as this was still when the who where total mods and some of these singles as well as b sides where some of the best work the who ever did, this comes with replicas of the 6 45s the who released for reaction records in 1966 and comes with a booklet on each single like the brunswick box did, this is great for die hard who collectors like me.............

Not as punchy as the U.S. Decca versions. Poor quality control.
Not as punchy as the U.S. Decca versions. "Substitute" twice? A waste. It's hard to believe that any of The Who had any input in this boxed set. Sound is OK and definitely better than the previous Brunswick box. These are WAY overpriced for what you are actually buying. Only 5 singles and 2 dupes of "Substitute"? Oh, one of the "Substitute" singles errantly had the same label on both sides. Quality control has been poor on these boxed sets.

Another great set of vinyl. The smallest of the sets only five singles, well four singles and the ready steady who ep very good set but I'm a massive fan so a bit biased, just waiting for the fourth set to be released it's a must have if you can get it for the right price.

Deuxième volet de la réédition complète des 45 tours ou E.P. originaux anglais de la discographie des Who, ce coffret ravira les amateurs du groupe. Le prochain coffret prévu pour le 30 octobre 2015 réunira tous les singles anglais sorti par le label Track Records (1967 à 1973) et comprendra 15 45 Tours. Le quatrième et dernier volet sera consacré au label Polydor (1973 à nos jours).
