I work with newborns for a living and this is the best white noise machine I have ever used. The sounds are wonderful and soothing and the volume range is great. The night light is really helpful too. I have the best job in the world; I provide overnight care to newborns during the first few months of life. I often work with twins and even triplets, and I work to help get the babies on a schedule and sleeping better at night. This product has been a game changer both for work and for my own sleep. Over the years of working with newborns, I have seen what a difference white noise makes. The womb is very noisy and having some loud white noise can calm an infant very quickly, and also keep them sleeping longer. Many of the families I have worked with have had their own white noise machines that I was happy to use; however many parents keep their newborns in their own bedrooms the first few months, and I often will have babies in the common area of the home to allow families to sleep. I didn't want to ask them to constantly move around bigger white noise machines and I got tired of the white noise apps on my phone, so I decided to look for a portable white noise machine that I could just bring with me. I sleep with white noise at home (since I sleep during the day, I need all the help I can get), so I figured I could use it myself for traveling. I was expecting a mediocre sound machine that worked in a pinch. I was pleasantly surprised with how great this little machine really is! First off, the sounds on this machine are excellent. The machine has the standard "static type" white noise, a fan noise, and a music button that plays 9 other sounds including a shushing sound, lullabies, ocean waves, rain among others. The sounds are all really great and play seamlessly throughout the night. The volume control is great too- it is easy to adjust and gets very loud if you need it to. Having worked with many families with newborns, I have gotten to see so many of the baby gear items on the market. I have used some of the most popular white noise machines in the homes of my clients, including the hatch, the dohm, and the baby shusher. I honestly feel that this machine is the best by far in terms of sound quality, volume control, and selection of sounds. The light is really helpful too. I often use it for middle of the night diaper changes so that I don't have to turn on overhead lights or fumble with lamps. It is easy to adjust the brightness and can shine quite bright, especially in a really dark room. One of the things I looked for in a portable white noise machine was the ability to recharge the device. I bring so many things with me to work each night and I don't want to have to carry around spare batteries all the time. I like that this device is easily chargeable. If you are near an outlet, you can just keep it plugged in all night. If you're not near a charger, the charge will easily last a full 12 hours- probably more but I haven't tested how long it will go. That versatility is important to me because my set up with baby changes from family to family. This machine is very portable. It comes in handy while walking around with a fussy newborn- I can just slip it in my pocket and be within close range of soothing white noise at all times. It fits easily in pretty much any bag and is also quite light. The only features I would change: the clip it comes with is a little bit flimsy. Not a big deal at all for me, but if you wanted to keep it clipped to a bag, you may want to get a stronger clip. Also, I would love it if it could connect to a smart phone so you could control it out of the room, however, I realize that is way outside of the price point of this machine. If dreamegg were to make a more expensive but phone compatible model, I would definitely be a customer. Almost every family I have worked with while using this product has purchased it immediately after seeing it. It just works so well and is so easy to use and versatile. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this little machine. It works incredibly well and is very useful for soothing babies and for helping to maximize infant sleep. It works great for adults who like white noise as well. It's a very versatile and useful little machine at a great price. I got this machine for my light sleeper and I am so thankful I did. I have a baby and gets waken so easily by the smallest noise. I thought I would try white noise because it was goofing viral everywhere and people were using it for their babies. The machine that was going viral was out of my budget so I thought I would give this a try instead. It is so worth the price. I love it and my baby loves it too. It has different sounds too like sea waves, shush sound , two lullabies, cafeteria sounds and more. I use it every day during night and nap time and it cancels out all the noises around her. It also puts her to sleep because the noise makes the mind clear up and I use it sometimes it I need to rest for few hours. I also use the cafeteria sound when I study just to keep me from falling asleep because it’s makes me feel like I am studying at a coffee place or somewhere with people. I charge it and it literally last all night and during her nap too. So I charge it like every other day. It has timer for thirty minutes, an hour and minty minutes and I think that’s great although I never used the timer. It also so easy to carry when going out or traveling. To sum my review, this product is so amazing and works so great and one last thing, it so loud if put to the highest volume.

This is fantastic for a nursery or if you just want a sound machine that easily moved around and good quality. I was skeptical about battery life. I thought it would shut off middle of the night for baby but the charge LASTS! I have forgotten to charge it many times and it still lasted through the night. I nearly bought the plug in machines like Hatch and similar styles but I wanted to easily move the machine around. MANY sound choices: fan, ocean, dryer, static, shushing, babbling brook, crickets, lullabies, people talking, heartbeat/whooshing like in mommy’s tummy, etc. Volume can be very low to nice and loud based on what you need in the moment. And the timer option is awesome. 30, 60, 90 minutes before shut off or just let it play through the night. Night light on top is a great added feature - pulsing effect, or consistent light plus the option to dim. I leave the light off most of the time so I’m not sure it’s impact on battery life. I would recommend this sound machine to anyone. It is one of my favourite purchases I’ve made for my nursery. I love it.

As a 22-year-old college student, I’ve been loving the Dreamegg D11 White Noise Machine! I used to play white noise through my speaker every night, but I was tired of fiddling with settings or playlists. This little device is a game-changer—just press a button, and you’re done. It’s super easy to use, and I can forget about it while it does its job. The sound quality is impressive, and it gets surprisingly loud for its size. I also really appreciate that it uses a USB-C charger instead of some annoying proprietary cable. I bought this white noise machine back in 2021 for my youngest, and she absolutely loved it. I ended up getting another one for my oldest in 2022, and now in 2025 they both still work like they’re brand new! The battery holds a charge, the nightlight is the perfect brightness, and the sound is super soothing. My kids took them everywhere—camping trips, sleepovers, car rides—and they held up through all of it. Now that my babies are older, I’m actually still using these same machines for my nanny jobs, and they continue to be just as reliable as day one. The durability is amazing. Honestly, I wish my kids were still tiny so I could buy the new design too! If you’re thinking about getting one, do it. This is hands down one of the best baby/toddler items I’ve ever purchased.

I love how many different sounds it has and the quality of the sounds. I used another white noise machine with my first baby and it was horrible compared to this one. Super easy to travel with. I love that it has a timer and when the time is up is slowly fades so baby doesn’t wake up. My only problem with this sound machine is after having it for only a month or two it doesn’t hold a charge as well. I used to be able to use it for a couple days before I had to charge it. Now I can use it for the day but need to charge it at night or it will die. Besides that I’ve really liked it.

Oh my I can't say enough positive about this!! FIRST the volume level is off the charts, it actually gets loud enough to do what it's designed for... Block out noise to allow baby to sleep without distraction. SECOND: The various noises are splended, water,white noise, fan, shh- shhh and the music is perfect. THIRD: The light on it which I love is adjustable for your desired brightness which is a super handy feature for seeing baby at night & the shape of the light is just plain cute. FOURTH: it's rechargeable which is another huge plus & saves so much money from having to purchase batteries which usually don't last long at all. FIFTH: If you need something that plays constantly then you have to purchase the little charging cradle that works with it... Well you don't have to but oh my gosh, when you put the machine on the cradle for charging it looks like an adorable snail ... It's just aesthetically pleasing as well as making charging a breeze & then you don't have to worry about keeping up with battery level. The great thing is, this little beauty gets so loud you can keep it on the charging cradle in the room and it's still loud enough without having it hang in the crib. SIXTH: The handy dandy clip & tie that comes included makes it super simple to attach basically anywhere. So in my opinion, look no further, this machine is EVERYTHING you could ever possibly want or need for home use or traveling.

Side note...be sure to have a USB charger plug. This comes with a cord ready to plug into a USB charger, but no charger with it. This little unit is quite the device, especially given it's diminutive size. FYI, it's slightly smaller than a hockey puck. I own the larger plug in unit, and it's great (several things are better, but you'd expect that for twice the price), but it takes up a lot more space than this guy. I just purchased this, and spent about a week using it, including the last three nights in a hotel. The sound is more than adequate, both in options and in volume. The light is plenty bright for nighttime meandering around a room, such as to the bathroom, and is a pleasant and warm color (a warmish yellow orange). The battery is sufficient to make it through the night. All I did was plug it into the wall first thing each morning, and generally within an hour, the indicator light would change from red to green, showing that the battery was now charged. Then I would unplug for the day and repeat the process next morning. Two suggestions to the manufacturer...first, separate the light from the sound function. As shipped, the light can't go on unless the sound is on as well, and this just isn't always ideal. Second, perhaps make the button for the light easier to find and push, like on the larger, permanent units. When sitting up in the dark, it's kind of a pain to find the button, and that's the one button that must be found, and almost invariably in the dark. The larger unit has a button in the center of the top...perhaps something similar? All in all...this is a keeper. Well done...Cheers!

After I saw the reviews of this white noise machine, I bought it 2 times and we are still using it till today for every nap time and every night. The size is perfect. At 3.4 inches, it fits anywhere - diaper bag, purse, even my pocket when we are traveling. I have taken this thing literally everywhere and it has never let me down. What I love most is how many sound options it has. My son went through phases - white noise as a newborn, then ocean sounds, now he is obsessed with the water sound. Now that he’s bigger he even recognizes the musical sounds that we played while he was still a baby. The nightlight feature is a game changer for those middle-of-the-night diaper changes. Bright enough to see what you are doing but dim enough that it does not wake the baby up completely. I can adjust it exactly how I need it. The clip is genius. I attach it to the crib, stroller, car seat - wherever we need it. No more worrying about it falling or getting lost. Here is the thing that really sold my friends on it - they could actually hear how clear and soothing the sounds are. Not that tinny, cheap noise you get from most machines. Several of my friends saw it, heard the sounds, and bought their own after I recommended it. Almost 2 years now and it still works perfectly. No issues with the buttons, sound quality is still great, and the battery life is solid.

A bit expensive for a mobile music machine. For the price they should have included a small storage bag for this item. Delivery took little longer but it's ok. I like the design, very small, light weight and portable. Charged very quick. Lots of music option. Clear music sound options. Maximum sound is louder than the cellphone speaker which is good for me. It can be for adult and baby. The light option is good. I love that it is chargeable battery. Battery last very long after charging no problem so far after a week of using it. I cant remember how many days it can last after charging I will update next time. By the way if you have samsung phone you can use your samsung phone cord to charge this item it has the same wire for charging and it works well! (Fyi only because there was a review saying it can't be charged using another cord.) By the way the grey part of the machine is a mesh cloth material I just hope if the mesh comes off in long time use it will still look beautiful. It is expensive but I am happy and satisfied i bought this product because quality is great! I recommend this item!

Amazing product! You can choose from so many sounds and music for wake time and noises for sleeping time (including heartbeat ). Comes with a light that can be dimmed or switched off and it’s portable! Life savior for us since birth. We are 1 year old and still using it, even for myself !
