impressive
Beautiful faucet of great build quality. But be sure to use it for its intended function only, i.e. as a tub filler. It's too mighty as a lavatory faucet... Could use more detailed sizing and installation information in the description (dropping 1 star for that)

I won't buy again!
Pros: It's attractive. Very heavy. Looks good installed. High flow rate, fills tub quickly.Cons: It leaks when I turn the nob to off. It continues to run water out the faucet. For about 10 minutes after it's turned to the off position there are some sporadic shots of water out of the faucet. It's a bathtub so it doesn't hurt anything but what about the future.? What else will it do that it's not supposed to? A lot of work and money went into the bathtub. I even tiled the wall where the tub faucet is next to my freestanding bathtub. If something goes wrong with this tub filler I must completely tear out a section of tiled wall in order to get to the tub faucet valves and parts if I need to replace it. Not a good position to be in. Next time I will buy a different design or a higher quality faucet. This one makes me nervous now that it's leaking when I turn the nob to off!

Exactly what I needed for a free standing tub. Blocking instructions were included and necessary since this spout is heavy. Very clean lines.

Leaky Valve
Plumber installed it and the valve leaked. Now the project is delayed.

Great Look, Beautiful Finish, Plenty of Flow.
Bought this for a freestanding tub going in my daughter's house after putting one in mine when we remodeled a bathroom. It looks great and has plenty of flow to fill the tub quickly. Beautiful finish.

I'm not happy. Not sure what I'll end up doing from ...
Be very careful with this one. I had this faucet roughed-in and finished wall tiled before I realized the spout trim ring could not be attached due to a lack of clearance. Turns out the product diagrams are wrong. Pioneer admitted to the error and attempted to fix the problem by manufacturing a small coupler that would serve to extend the rough in valve. Well the part never worked out so now I'm stuck with a very expensive problem. Demolition of the wall would sacrifice 100$ in tile plus materials and labor. I'm not happy. Not sure what I'll end up doing from here, but when I approached them about the problem the told me to try cutting off an 1/8" from the rough spout to accommodate the couple they made. Well that's a bad idea in my opinion. Otherwise the faucet functions well and looks good.
