Finally found a Magnesium that isn't full of fillers!
I have previously experimented with numerous magnesium supplements, many of which proved to be rather underwhelming. Does the job. Significant improvement in mood over time, almost certainly helps in better sleep. Way better than citrate and i’ve had no gut issues with this form (Bisglycinate)
