It was easy to assemble, just common sense. It looks smart but make sure you adjust the tilt restricting knob under the seat, this will depend on the person's weight. The seat is not overly deep in foam rubber but it is comfortable. I have found in a previous chair the riser was inadequate and had to be replaced, this seat only just passes the height test, I have to have it at full height, any less and I feel like a three year old at the table, in an adults chair. I have had it for a few months so I do not know its longevity, I hope it lasts longer than my previous chair though. All in all I think this was a good purchase.

I am some what disappointed with this product. I had a lot of difficulty with fitting the armrests to the seat base. This was due to the holes not been quite far enough apart. No other difficulties in assembling the seat

The chair is comfortable and spacious. Assembled with minimal difficulty. So far a huge upgrade in comfort. Its worth spending a tiny bit more for this over some more budget chairs. When you sit in it you will understand. Only thing I could wish for is a headrest but that is not a big issue. The package ran into issues with the courier company. When I contacted their customer services they were beyond helpful. Top notch. Immediate help in resolving this issue. Thanks team.

I broke my old chair after getting jump-scared watching a video, so needed one quickly. After searching around, this one caught my eye due to the build, weight capacity, and price.Was informed that estimated delivery would be on 17/12/22, received it on 13/12/22 and after an relatively easy assembly (fumbled a little with the back), have been using it for a week and it is light, comfortable, and cosy.

I bought this to replace an old 'gaming' chair and I was pleasantly surprised given how this is quite a large chair. It's comfortable and the seat has enough room to fold your legs if you wanted. My main problem is the atrocious sound it makes when leaning even a bit. It is the loudest creaking sound I have ever heard from a chair which makes sitting in this very annoying as every little movement causes it to creak. This started about 2 months after using it too. I tried oiling the hinges, tightening the resistance and refitting the screws but nothing works. Look elsewhere.
