This item did not work after installation. The Touch 20 feature did not work. Unfortunately the time frame to return to Amazon had expired since the item arrived much sooner than we were told it would (in most cases this would be a great thing!). We had to contact Delta directly and they would not send a new faucet until we followed their "try to fix" protocol first. We were told they would send us a new solenoid which is required for the Touch 20 feature. After receiving the wrong part (a useless plastic ring) we were told by Delta that the part we need is on back order and won't be sent for at least 8 weeks! Long story short we finally received the new solenoid and the faucet still doesn’t work! Contacted Delta again and they will only send another solenoid instead of a new faucet! Unbelievable! Very disappointed with this item and Delta. We paid extra money for this particular faucet with the Touch 20 feature. Big mistake!!

We needed to replace a kitchen faucet. I am rather handy, but I needed a plumber to forcibly remove the prior faucet with tools I didn't have (sawzall and self-restraint). So I had him install this unit for us. He had recommended this brand for quality and ease of install, and sure enough he had it put together in under 20 minutes. We did not get the touch operated faucet - seemed like a lot of additional expense for not a lot of additional benefit.Pluses:- Height and reach of the head on the swivel covered most of the area of our double sink and moves very easily.- Water handle range is from 0 degrees horizontal to 90 degrees vertical, so good clearance for our faucet which is located very near the backsplash.- Magnetic head holds well when returned to the neck of the faucet.- Good water pressure for the stream and spray.- Looks great. It was a good match for the Mission style nickel pulls we have on the cabinets.- This unit arrived in about one week, which was more that a month earlier than what Amazon initially estimated.Not really minuses, but:- It does seem "light" in material construction, but again operates very well and looks great.- We did lose some water pressure initially. We came to find out that some scaling was knocked loose from the initial install and captured at the screen filter in the head piece - as it was designed to do. Once we removed the head piece from the hose and cleaned the screen, the faucet returned to normal water pressure.- The splashless spray feature really doesn't really impress us. We don't find a need for it - ever.- The hose extends quite a distance under the sink when the head is in the neck piece. Be sure to make room under there for the weight on the hose to drop.I'd recommend this to anyone whose wife has been asking to have that old kitchen faucet replaced.

This is an amazing faucet and I love it! Very easy to install, once you get your old faucet out. I'd recommend a wired outlet to plug into under the sink (there's an adapter available for the DC current) but it's not necessary with battery operation. Duracell batteries are included with the faucet for the touch operation. The faucet has a high arch so I can fit larger pots and pans in my sink without flooding my counter.The touch-versus-grab feature of the faucet works well. You can wipe the faucet or grab it to rotate it and the water won't come on. But it will when you tap any metal area on the faucet itself or the handle, as long as the handle is "on". When the handle is "off", no water will flow, just like a manual, regular faucet.I LOVE it! So worth the price!If I were to order it again, I'd order it without the Splash Guard. There's a strong stream of water in the center of the softer flowing shower which splashes anyway, so I rarely use that feature.Also good to know, the return-to-position magnetic spray nozzle is controlled by a heavy weight on the sprayer hose located under the sink, so you need room in the cabinet below the sink for the hose and weight to hang in order for the "return" to work properly.You won't be disappointed with this faucet!

Wow...you do not know what you are missing until you own one of these. It is one of those products that once you start using you can't think of going back to something else. We had this installed by a plumber so we can't speak on the install, but man, this thing is awesome to use. You touch it and it comes on. The light tells you the temp of the water. No more burning my hands after my wife uses the faucet! Of course, the retractable hose and spray setting are top-notch too. If you are debating between this one and another one with fewer options to save a little money just splurge and get this one. Would recommend.

That faucet is expensive...but I thought if I choose to spend a lot for Delta (as opposed to cheap stuff WITH THE SAME FEATURES under $100) I will be safe for a while...alas...the touchless feature went totally haywire. I now have to use the handle like in the old times. And even THAT sometimes does not work!Should've gone with an "analog" product.At times even the handle does not work, all part of the system that is confused.I contacted Customer Service via their online form. I am impressed with their quick (holidays!!) and thorough reply. It turns out the faucet is only going to work if there is nothing within 2" of any part of it (over the sink and under it, everywhere), the battery pack and solenoid have to be positioned just so - otherwise nothing will work. It looks like my set up satisfies the requirements (they wanted pix) but still...they are sending me a new solenoid. Overall - NICE people but had I known how temperamental this thing is I would never buy a touch faucet.

Absolutely love this faucet. The design is very elegant but most importantly it works perfectly. All it takes is a simple touch to turn on or off.
