Delivered within two days. Came in two individual boxes which is fortunate considering the weight.Each part is individually wrapped in plastic ( nice touch) the nuts and bolts come on an itemised shrink wrapped board with rudimentary spanners ( ratchet spanner, driver or such would make it a lot easier but not strictly necessary) and the instructions, whilst not perfect are totally adequate. In fact, one of the best things about this is putting it together....Like a giant Meccano set!( I would suggest putting it together on a covered floor or using the cardboard packaging to protect the paint).Tip...I would pre assemble the top bar and j bars before you start step one as it saves you standing on a step ladder later.The tower is sturdy enough for me (I weigh 80kg) and encourages good form as swinging about will only make it slightly unstable, but nothing to worry about as it is plenty stable for most. Obviously its not gym standard but come on, what do you expect for the money? The foam handles on the top bar seem a little flimsy but I can live with that.I have managed to use the bench to chest press 65kg without any issues.Overall, I'm delighted. Not only was it fun to put together, it's great to use, the service was great and the whole thing was a bargain.Highly recommended.

Sturdiness / quality
This thing is completely solid, I'm 85kg and can use all of the features easily without the machine moving. My only problem was on the end, instructions should be clearer but I managed to sort it out with common sence. Can't recommend this enough, cheaper and most probably better than the ones expensive, can't really go wrong!

Yeah it's good, and relatively cheap
The only caveat I have is the arm pads, they easily get dented/deformed. Which makes sense, when doing dips for example, you're basically putting all your body weight on them but it should be able to withstand that.

Works well, can utilise all core
Works well, I’m 6’2 and can use as intended, pretty easy to set up, I think the screw packaging is missing 2bolts but that it.A steal for £129 as long as it exceeds 6month usage, would maybe recommend adding weight to the bottom if your heavy, or swing on the bar
