Firey so use just a little in a fine grinder. Great on deviled eggs and green salads. Bahn mi sandwiches pickles are enlivened without overpowering.

First time trying Szechuan peppercorns. Great flavor but not the heat I expected. I can always add heat if I need it.

Very flavorful peppers.I bought these to make Szechuan style chili oil and it came out so aromatic. I think it was a little expense on Amazon but other then that everything was great.

I used this in my Hand-ground Asian Spice mix. The smell is amazing and the taste is spot on. Well packaged too.

Arrive quickly. I did not see any stems or seeds in the bag. Very clean!
