I don't like paying a lot for Nerite snails, since they are just tank maintenance for me and will eventually all die off in fresh water. They can procreate in salt water but not fresh water, even though they will leave eggs stuck to every surface.These Zebras are much more attractive than my normal drab olive snails. Very fast shipping on my order and not a single DOA. All 12 snails arrived in perfect health and opened up overnight. They are all over my tank now, which now has enough algae to be a snail buffet. Great buy and I will be purchasing again.UPDATE (10/30/23): Two weeks in and they are all still thriving. I did not loose a single snail and no apparent health issues arose.

Received 13 snails, 1 extra. Came from FL to VA, all were alive to my surprise. Shipping took a couple weeks however, the wait was worth it. They immediately went to town on the algae in my tank. Happy with my purchase.

Arrived after almost 2 weeks in “shipping”. The seller was not helpful at all. The snails smelled horrible. You could smell them through the package and were most certainly dead. The seller told me that they were fine and has not answered any of my follow up questions. Do not buy snails from this company. This is a huge waist of money, and they are not willing to give a refund or even acknowledge that their product in deed arrived dead.

(Couldn't be happier and sorry long review) my order arrived and the snails were beautiful in a sense. Their shells looked great and their size was perfect, zero complaints in regards to the seller, the snails, and the way they were packaged. Unfortunately the shipping carrier got them to me later then expected (every delivery service seems to be jacked up as of recent) and I believe these little guys succumbed to the cold. I was able to bring them in as soon as the delivery arrived and got them into aquarium water promptly due to how cold the bags felt. I was hoping they would acclimate and come back but they didn't unfortunately. *Now the most important part of my review. I contacted the seller just to suggest that they maybe add a blurp that due to shipping abnormalities as of late and weather, that purchasing is at your risk, again I was only making a suggestion and expressed I was not requesting a refund or replacement because I didn't think about how the weather might be a factor. Well the response I received from the seller was very unexpected, I was told they have the life guarantee and they would ship more even with me stating I was not requesting a refund. Their customer service is top notch and exactly what one would expect. Well done and thank you again.*

Shipping took 1 week from order date, which isn’t too bad. All 12 snails arrived alive and very active, every single one was crawling around in the bag when I opened the package! Acclimated them to my tanks a couple hours ago and they are all doing great! I am so pleased with my order! Will definitely order from this seller again!

These snails are fantastic. They shipped very quickly and all 12 arrived alive. After acclimation to my tank water, they were immediately active once I placed them into the tank. They are a very nice size and a great addition to my freshwater tank. I have ordered nerite snails from other vendors and they either arrived mostly dead or died soon after addition to my tank. In fact, the reason I ordered 12 from this vendor is that I assumed that only 1 or 2 would survive. I am so thrilled that they all survived and I can't stop counting and watching them clean my tank!
