I just received the order. Which arrived quickly in great shape. Worked when I plugged in and won't be able to evaluate until Project is completed. I absolutely love my wire burner. It’s my first but won’t be my last. I love all the tips and the different things each one can do. The most important thing to me is the temperature control. It makes a world of difference.

A great setup at a great price

The title says 20 nibs and even says it includes the ball tip ones. However, the description and pictures say 23. I really wanted/needed the round dot tip nibs in the picture and it doesn’t come with any.

This is OK, but not great. First, they shorted me the three ball tips, which I really needed and will be contacting them.The other tips were not polished and have rough bits which needed to sanded because they tore into the material I was using.The temperature control is a bit finicky and you have to be very careful setting it. It can jump much higher by moving the knob a couple cm.I have a quality, hand made, all metal version at home, but was out of town, so ordered this. You do get what you pay for, well, except not everything they promised.It’s useable, but needs more attention than my good one

Only complaints I have is the cord won't stay tight to the pen, so took electrical tape and taped it the other complaint I have is the chords a little bit short otherwise I love it.
