Perfect!
Perfect for making pasta and holds up to putting through a pasta press. Good value, texture and taste are great. No bugs and I like the quality of Bob’s Red Mill products-would recommend for great pasta-easy to make.

Makes great pasta !
I’ve started making my own pasta- I purchase a lot of Bobs Red Mill products & didn’t hesitate purchasing this. It’s nice have a bulk pack, it’s a better value than purchasing individual bags - plus it’s harder to find in stores. The taste was delicious and it was easy to work with on my stand mixer pasta attachment. Good quality flour

Perfect for pizza making
We have a pizza oven and use this product to put between the pizza and the metal peel we use to prevent sticky. It’s perfect for that purpose and was a great value. Bought the whole box for the price of one bag at our grocery store. Mild taste, but we aren’t using it for pasta making or anything like that. The texture is very fine so it doesn’t detract from the pizza once cooked, and a lot of it shakes off.

Great for fresh pasta!
It's best to start early in the morning to make your pasta. This Red Mill pasta is just two ingredients and coupled with eggs & oil it made a nice dough. I let the dough sit covered with plastic wrap for about an hour. It was an easy dough to roll out and send through the pasta machine. I made fettuccine and let it dry for several hours. It cooks up quicker than boxed pasta and fills you up with less.

Great Pasta Flour
I bought this to use with my Past Die Cutter. A friend is a retired Chef and suggested using the Semolina Flour for PastaI did and the pasta came out excellent

Does the job
Is it the best? No. But does it do what I need? Absolutely. Pricey and something I won’t buy often, the dusting for my sour dough with this is just what I need to get my friends to start quivering though.
