Great product. Great quality. I used this product before, I had it for many years so it was time to purchase a new one. Beautiful lavender scent! Works for allergies and sinus problems. Love it! You can put them in the freezer or the microwave. If you suffer from neck and back pain, this product is wonderful! Worth every penny! I was glad I was able to find the original company that I purchase from!

I bought this product right after Christmas for myself. I have used the neck wrap multiple times every day. So far so good!! Nicely made!! It stays in place!! I love the design and that the neck wrap is weighed!! I don’t think the scent is overwhelming. I did think it was a little on the pricey side. If it lasts me 6 months I will be satisfied. I do like that I was able to buy the set. I Cannot wait to try the other items. So far 100% satisfied!!

Great product, replacing an approximately 10-yr-old neck wrap my husband picked up for me in San Diego. The herbs inside smell wonderful and are very relaxing, adding to the hot or cold therapy effectiveness.3rd time buying them, this time for a family member! I've been using these hot/cold pads for 10 years and LOVE them. The cold packs stay in the freezer for headaches and immediate treatment of little strains while the large hot pads pop in the microwave and quickly provide relief to my damaged neck and lower back.

These are FSA eligible and excellent that I have multiple because I like a cold one for my head and a warm one for my back at the same time due to migraines.

I remember having a stuffed frog when I was a kid that had herbs to help me sleep. Honestly, it was one of the best memories of my childhood. Having lost it long ago, I decided to try to track one down for that and similar purposes. While I failed in my quest for an identical companion, I did find these.I cannot say enough positive about these!I have to admit, they even look homemade. Some people will, of course, prefer a mass-made appearance, something so many relate to quality in this day and age, but, in this case at least, it is not the case. These are good-quality, durable, great-smelling and absolutely perfect for backaches, headaches, sore eyes, etc. My husband recently had surgery on one of his feet, and we have been using these to help ease the sore muscles that come with crutches and loss of use of one limb. I couldn't be more thrilled that we got these, and we are now planning to purchase a set for a family member with back issues.

Bought it for my mom who uses it very often for her shoulder and neck. Never used the eye cover as neither of us are big on having things on top of our eyes when we sleep. The aroma does effect the microwave if you use it for food immediately. so we usually wrap it in a paper bag to microwave.
