These are really cute! My daughter was recently part of a group staging a Little Mermaid dance routine for the school talent show, and we used these for all of our little fish dancers. It was great to have different colors for all of them so that they could all be individual. My girl loves wearing hers when she's dressing up at home, too. I think they'd be great as party favors if you were doing a sea/mermaid/fish themed party for girls, too.

These mermaid headbands are really cute. Anything sparkly, anything mermaid goes over really well with my kid!The quality wasn't the highest, though. The headband is plastic, with a strip of colored ribbon glued along the length. The sides and inside of the band is not covered at all - the hard plastic is exposed.The ends are covered in black ribbon, and I wish they were at least a matching color ribbon.The fishtail is padded and glued on the headband. They are all centered on the bands. There is a pearl bead glued onto one end of the fishtail. The sequins do flip, and the reverse is silver colored.Some of the fishtails are not glued on all the way, which is easily fixable with a little super glue. 2 of the fishtails had a small hole on the bottom side where they had pulled away from the bands, which you can't see, especially if you glue them back on.These are good for play or a party favor, but I wouldn't expect them to hold up too long.

Purchased for a mermaid theme birthday party for guests. Perfect for girls ages 2-7 years old and held up well. Headbands were cute and surprisingly well-made. Great value.
