Terrible single player game, somewhat okay multiplayer game.
As with most multiplayer games, no matter how bad/good the game is, both players must endure the bad/good, making it not all that bad for multiplayer experiences. As a single player experience, this game is lacking A TON. This is mostly the reason for the lower star review, this game is simply too easy (no difficulty levels to select, AI is really bad at most games.) and also completely void of any sort of progression to be made. There are no collectables, goals, achievements, or anything to really motivate one to want to complete the game. Single player mode just lets you play each sport against a computer opponent, but there are no sorts of trophies to win for beating one or all of the games. At least games like Wii Sports have rankings, champions, etc. Here are my opinions on each of the six games included in this title. (Yes, only 6 different, very easy games.)Shootout Soccer -I'm honestly not sure how enemy scores work in this game, but you score a point every time you make a goal, but it seems a little random whether or not you end up getting a goal. Probably one of the more creative games of the bunch, but it just feels like it's based entirely on luck whether or not you will win this game. The game itself is not too difficult, just avoid obstacles and kick the ball at the end. Sort of a weird game. Also the only game that you can use a balance board, but there is almost no point in even bothering to set it up for this.Jump Rope -This game is a neat little challenge, although again, the AI is terrible, so it won't be that hard to win this game. One must time the prompted input correctly with the moving rope, all while the rope starts moving faster and faster. This game would be a lot of fun multiplayer, I think. Just keep getting the right inputs and survive longer than the AI. Sometimes the AI does exceptionally well, other times they lose within seconds. With how this game is laid out, I can understand why they didn't include balance board support for this game, but... it's jump rope? Probably one that would make the most sense for a balance board... idk..Kickball -This game is interesting, but there is just about no randomness to any hit you make, so as long as you time your hits correctly, you should be able to get a home run literally every hit you take. It is also very easy to pitch in ways that make it extremely easy to get the AI out. To be quite honest Stickball is just a more interesting and tougher version of kickball, so I would probably just recommend people to skip this game unless they want to beat every sport.Stickball -This game is pretty much just a more complicated version of Kickball. Hitting and pitching works the same way as kickball, but the direction you hit the ball is a lot more precise depending on the swing you make, but overall good timing still makes it VERY easy to get homeruns constantly. And again, if you pitch in just the right way, you can easily out the AI very quickly. One thing I liked about this game was being able to hit some objects like a street sign high up that obviously wouldn't be in baseball, and that was a nice little kick that made it feel a little more like a "street" version of baseball.Street Hockey -This game is probably the 2nd hardest game, but overall still pretty easy. The only thing about this game is, the instructions the game gives you are not the entire set of instructions. For instance, you can go faster in this game while holding Z, but the game never tells you this. If you don't use the run button at all, the computers are still beatable, but much more difficult. You can also switch characters by pressing B, but again the game neglects to mention this. The AI in this game is awful, your teammates pretty much never ambush anyone, and the enemy team is pretty good about hitting you any time you are near them. The thing is, it's very easy to fool the AI into chasing you around and making it so you can just run out the clock so they never score a goal. This game is actually fairly enjoyable if you don't exploit this, though.Handball -Probably the most difficult of all the games (against the AI.), this game is probably the hardest just because of the awkward angles the game has, making it sometimes a little difficult to tell where the ball exactly is, whether it's a little closer to you, so it can be a little easy to miss attempted hits. There are powerups that you can hit on the wall that make the ball go faster or slower, but overall they don't tend to make much of a difference. It's nice to be able to change up which direction the ball goes, and try and get some good plays going. This game has a sort of consistent exploit, in that if a ball is going to hit the wall from the far left side or far ride side of the court, the AI tends to miss these hits a lot of the time. You must get 11 points to win the game, so overall the most challenging and most enjoyable to play against the AI. (that said, it isn't really THAT enjoyable, just that the other games are that boring.)I'd recommend the game for really young children, or for people that enjoy mini-game collections, but unless you play this game with friends, you'll find yourself having just about no challenge at all for most, if not all of the games.

Fun game
I got it because of the kickball game. I played it and it was a blast. Good for wholesome family fun.
