FALLING APART AFTER 4 USES!!!!
At first I was actually pleasantly surprised at how well this press worked. It heated up to temp in a reasonable amount of time and the temp readout was accurate. I make a few shorts and they came out perfectly. So imagine my chagrin when I noticed that the heat is warping the metal top of the press to the point where one corner has broken loose.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I've only had this press for 6 months and it literally falling apart. I used it twice before the nob broke off meaning I couldn't adjust how high the press goes up and down. I figured it out and was about to adapt to using it this was even though many times it was challenging. Then the hardware fell off that keeps the bottom piece from sliding out and also making the press uneven. I still adapted to this because I needed a heat press. Now it just doesn't work at all. It only heats on one side and just over all is a pile of trash. When I got it there was some rust. All the attachments are cheap and flimsy. I've used it maybe 25-30 times. Trash trash trash

Do not waste your money on this piece of crap
First off, the heating element was making a clicking noise all the time, the temperature wouldn’t stay at the same temp when pressing then on two occasions it completely shot up to over 80 degrees higher than it was set to and burned my shirts. They sent me a new heating element. Both handles for the press are completely off, screws will not screw back in. Lastly, the plate for the shirt press now will not stay screwed and sways back and forth when you swing the press around. It will NOT stay screwed in place. This thing is a piece of absolute crap.

Controller is hit or miss
Got this to replace a smaller heat press I had. The control box for this one has some issues. The timer doesn’t save the set time so I have to set the timer everytime I power it up although it saves the set temperature. A few times, I power it up and the temperature indicates it’s at the set temperature already so it doesn’t heat up at all. I have to flip it on and off a few times before it finally jumps to the actual temperature and begin heating. F and C setting keeps jumping back and forth without warning. On a couple of occasions, the temperature reading blanks out. Not sure what’s going on, but pretty sure it’s a defective control box. I saved a few bucks getting it on sale but seems I might have to spend the saved money on a new control box… May update: The pressure isn’t very even although the spring system is supposed to address that. Mine tends to have more pressure toward the back. I can tell because the springs toward the back are tight when the handle is pushed down, but the springs toward the front are still loose. I think the heating element is going bad already. This unit didn’t last very long….

Temp Sucks
I got the 8in 1 inset wad of the 5 in 1 that I had originally ordered. The seller contacted me about because it was the holidays they decided to send me the 8 in 1. I never had any trouble with the mug press before. My temp was 365 for 60 seconds and the burning never happened before. Then I put my cup in and my press started to smoke. The sublimation paper started turning brown and smelling bad. So I turned the temp and time down to 345 for 30 seconds. But when it was time to press it, the temperature went over 500 and started rising. So I turned it off and turned it back on but it did the same thing. I don’t know what to do. I can’t get a refund or even return it. This mug press sucks. Don’t waste your time!!! %%Update%% I can’t do this anymore. This was the replacement they sent me and it already burned my tumbler. I only used 330 for for 30 seconds and after the first turn the paper was brown. Then it started smoking. I can’t keep wasting tumblers on the mug press. My room smells like smoke. This never happened before. I used 6 tumblers in this machine before it started smoking. I’m going to buy another tumbler press. Not from here. &&Update&& They sent me an entirely new machine with attachments. I think the problem was the control box but now I have doubles of everything

Not easy to use
Bought this thinking it would be simple. Mug press and regular press work fine. But don’t try and use the hat press. It’s the most un-user friendly thing I’ve ever used. The Allen screws are in the most hard to reach place, and the instructions for how to assemble are non existent. Been fighting for over an hour and finally decided to just give up. Absolutely disgusted with the product right now

Tshirt press is great:edit not so great
Mug press not so much. I have a problem with The design not sublimating on the edges closer to the mug handle. I’ve tried sliding the design over by 1/2” with no help. Currently trying to do it a second time to get those edges.: edit I bought this in FEBRUARY and it won’t work in August the fuse box no longer works

Doesn't work
I am so disappointed. I got this press because I had read the reviews and most people said it was a great machine. The metal on the mug press bent the first day I put a standard size mug into it. The machine heats up but the second I close the clamp the heat drops down at least 20 degrees and then keeps going backwards. So I have no idea if it is even heating up at the right temps. Also the timer does NOT work and I have to use my phone for that, which I wouldn't really mind if everything else worked. What a waste of money!!
