Q: One review mentions the handle being rubber, is it latex rubber?

The handle is actually silicon. In the past, the handle was a hard resin (bakelite). The design was updated several months ago to soft-grip silicon. It should say silicon in the description now. If not, we will make that edit. Thank you.

Q: What are the inside walls made of?

The tea kettle is stainless steel 304 inside out. The out side finishing is polishing, whereas inside finishing is sand blasting resulting a textured look.

Q: Is there a version of this for an electric stove?

I don't know, but the design would need to be different. The bottom is "waffled" to capture every bit of heat from the gas flame.

Q: Is there a coating on the inside, like Teflon or something, or is it just stainless steel?

Hello, The interior is stainless steel with a sandblasted finish, so you will note it looks different in appearance.
