This review is for the black "210D oxford fabric" Puroma single bike cover, which on the packaging label, called itself size "XL".This is my 3rd bike cover. I'm a bottom-feeder w/bike covers, as I only need them to shield dust, not so much sun/rain. So this one was near the bottom of the price range, but seemed to possibly have more quality or features. - "Oxford Fabric"I'd never heard of Oxford Fabric, but in looking it up, I wouldn't say it's that. It's still that polyester 'bike cover' material, not cotton or anything. To me, the functional part is the "210D", indicating a heavier fabric than their fabrics with a lower number. - Reflective Inner Layer - Heavier Fabric - ElasticThis Puroma's fabric is definitely thicker than my two "dual bike" covers. (I use the cheap "dual bike" covers for single bikes.) The Puroma fabric feels like 2 layers of the cheap stuff. And that may be true, as THE INSIDE LAYER IS SILVERY/reflect-ish. I don't know if it's 2 layers of fabric, or a coating. It seems reversible to me, say if you wanted the bike to stand out (fe not have cars hit it), versus stealth. But the listing makes no mention of this. The heavier-ness and elastic are almost problems you want to have, as it's is harder to pull off the bike than thin, no-elastic covers I've used. The elastic catches a little, and the higher-quality material has more drag. So I might actually use this on a bike I don't use as much, but which needs protecting anyway. If I were going to leave a bike outside (I wouldn't), I'd definitely use this one over the thinner ones I have, but if I were leaving it outside, I'd still go for something better. So I'm not sure where this fits in. - Visible Puroma LabelI wanted an all-black cover. This one does have a fairly large "Puroma" logo in white, in the front, which is annoying to me. But at least you know it's branded for a company, and not generic. So be aware. - DirectionalThe cover seems to be directional. I wanted to use those bike lock holes in the back, as the rear wheel (or better: the frame) is a MUCH better place to lock your bike than the front. The front wheel which is pretty much the worst place to secure a bike, as it's so easy to remove. I've personally seen a front bicycle wheel still locked to a street lamp, with the rest of the bike stolen. Well, the rear of the cover is lower, and doesn't go over handlebars (much less mirrors) well. I now use it in the correct orientation. Those bike lock holes were one of the reasons I went for this, but I doubt now they'll get used. -'Dry Bag'?This item comes with something else I'm not used-to in el-cheapo covers: a carry bag. I believe hardly anyone will use it, so I find it wasteful. It's kind of nice, as it has velcro the whole way across, and the bag is about the size of a coffee table book. Searching for a use, I decided to use it to carry doodads in my larger bike bag: repair kits, small tools, bleed-stop, napkins, supplies, etc. While of course it doesn't seal watertight, the fabric itself is waterproof. It seems better than the disposable plastic grocery bag I'd been using. My bag is oriented with the black side outward. The item listing shows the inner silvery layer (2nd photo, "dimensions/folded size")--that's the bag. I only say this as you can kind of see what the silvery side looks like (overly-edited depiction).I'm giving it 5 stars as it exceeded my expectations for the price, and the aspects of it which I dislike, are things I knew (or could have known) before I bought it. I'd like to see the lock holes moved to the back or center, and no logo (or at least a nearly blacked-out logo). The size can cover a large bicycle or a smaller motorcycle.

Good quality
I was afraid this would be flimsy considering the price, but it is surprisingly well made. Is big enough for my 75 lb fat tire ebike and has a nice locking strap at the bottom. I highly recommend.
