I bought this nails drill on March and I used few times (4 times maximum) and now he stop working and we are in April .I try to contact the seller but I don't find any email or something. The seller was writing for me an email and everything was sorted out , he send me in 2 days a replacement and everything is ok now. I happy with the support of the seller and for the service. Recieved it yesterday. It was great to use it was silent and not vibrating. Today it is very loud and vibrating when I'm using it and feels warm to touch when in use. I'm hoping it was just a faulty one. I'm sending it back and ordered a replacement in the mean time. I hope the next one doesn't have the same issue!

I already posted review on another product which I used with this to treat my nail fungus I have been dealing with for about 12 years. I only used the biggest roll with those roll files (I use them only once because of the nail condition) and it works great. Runs quietly, is EXTREMELY efficient usually used only at maximum of 10000 RPM but makes a quick work of filing the nails down instead of those pre-packed medical tiny files which are too small and cannot be used usually on the whole nail as it can be bend, close to skin etc. Absolutely great. Had no problems with setting everything up the first time, really really handy. If you are a guy like me this might help you (and you lady might use it as well if she wants (mine does not)). 5/5

Really good efile, I have had plenty of e files over the years and this is by far the best. Melody susie are a great brand for efiles regardless but this one is great, it’s powerful, easy to use, really reduced to virtually no vibration, less noisy than others and comfortable to use, Pros would be it’s power, the attachment holder and it’s lack of vibration My only down side is I wish it came in wireless!

Very pleased with the drill! I did a bit of YT review research and came across this drill. Seen a reviews here too and decided to give it a go, worst comes worst I can always return it. Used today for the first time after having a great build up of all sort of on my nails haha. Lockdown got me, so been doing my nails at home but my previous drill gave up within first few minutes of the first use! Unfortunately I've digged that one after like 2 years (unused) from under 'inch of dust' 😂 so no way to return. Like I said having no drill and being sceptical at first to buy another one, my nails had layers of gel, acrylic powder, polish, whatever really, being using just a hand nail file to file it down, which took ages as you can imagine so always left it much thicker than I would do having a proper drill. Again this drill called Scarlet gone thru everything with me today with no shame! Very pleased with the purchase, the head or pen or however you wish to call it is made by metal, which I found very important compare some on the market made by cheap plastics. It's quiet for a drill, doesn't jump out of my hand even on the highest speed it's very stabile and easy to manage. I am kind of beginner, but quick learner, I like to craft or do the things for myself based on watching tons of YT videos (microblading brows,tattoos on skin, bleaching hair etc..), and at least for me this drill was sooooo easy to use with a lil general YT el.drill education 😉 Highly recommend !!! Hopefully this drill will last me a while since I am super happy and it's a real game changer for making nails at home 💝

I’ve had this e-file for 3 and a half years (purchased July 2021) and I would definitely recommend it. It was my first ever drill as a beginner and I would choose it again. I’ve had no issues with mine but now the plastic wire at the bottom of the drill has to be held a certain way for it to work but I can’t complain after having it for over 3 years and it’s still doing its job. It’s compact enough for your nail desk and you can add your bits in the little holes at the top so they’re in easy reach. Easy to switch out bits, I wouldn’t say it’s that noisy and small enough for my nail bag.

Iam a professional Nail Technician in London for years. During 3rd lockdown i had been thinking i should spend time at home to create some new nails design ( just to kill my time) . Just ordered a drill machine. I didnt expect that i could find a good one on Amazon ( as i hv never used any machine under £300 in my salon) All i expected was something that work ok just to remove gel colour on the fake tip. However this machine done the job more than i had hope. It worked really good even with acrylic or hard gel, strong motor, no viberation even fast speed. I would recommend this for shellac mani pedi, or medium and not to thick nails extention. For mobile nails technician used, or even for the salon used in London where you dont have mainly nails extentions client, or to trainning staff. In overall, it worth for the price. Amazing file, this is my first time using one and I decided to pay the extra instead of buying a cheap one and I am so glad I did. This efile is super cute, so small as you can see next to my hand and the hand peice is nice and slim. The bits that came with weren't ones I needed but I bought extra bits and the file is really nice. Would highly recommend for a beginner who is wanting to invest in their nails.

This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it. 5* customer service and would purchase from them again!
