What is the grade of stainless steel?

As I understand it this pan was made of carbon steel. I did not like the fact that the pan was convex enough that the juices dispersed and collected in the outer circumference of the pan. As well, the upkeep to prevent rust is too much for me. Therefore, I returned the carbon steel one and purchased a stainless steel one; fantastic.Cheerio,Bijan

What size electric burner should be used

As large as possible. But I use it on my grill. It’s not supposed to be heated over 450 f
