Love this monitor! I was looking for a wireless monitor without all the wires and love this monitor gives you the option for both! The picture is really clear and easy to adjust camera position. The assembly and instructions were simple and love that the camera is inside the stuffed animal so baby has something to look at. Only downside is it won't hold a charge very long (couple hours) so you have to charge daily if using wireless option but you can always plug into car

This is exactly what I was looking for! I love how I can see my baby with the night vision without no problem and picture quality is clear day/night. I did some research before purchasing this, which stated that the battery life it only lasts about 2 hours but since I do not need it for that long; it’s not a problem for me. My destinations are mainly 30 mins max away and it lasts me all day. The only thing that concerns me is that I charge the monitor all day or up to 4 hours just to make sure it has enough battery. When I turn on the monitor it only shows me that it only has 50% battery, it’s never FULLY charged. Not sure if I got a defective monitor but I’m okay with it since I do not drive too far away.

It’s OK. I don’t like how there is not a brightness setting on the receiver because it’s too bright at night time when you are driving, and you can’t just turn the screen off like other monitors without powering the whole thing down so I wind up taking it out of the bracket and put it in a cup holder because it’s too bright to drive with.The battery on the receiver is also not very good, I have to leave it plugged in because it’s loses 1% every 5 minutes, I even specifically followed the instructions to make sure I didn’t mess the battery up.I like the idea/concept but wish I could turn the receiver off without shutting it completely down.

While I love this product, I'm really unhappy with the customer service. I originally purchased this product back in August to take my then 2 month old on a 2 hour car ride. This helped ease my anxiety about how he'd handle the long ride. However, within a couple months, the battery was not staying charged. When I emailed customer service, they blamed me and they way I was charging my product, said they would send me a replacement battery, but never did. Then, a week before Christmas, my family and I were in a terrible car accident where our car was totaled by a semi-truck and left our camera broken. I bought a new one because it really did make me feel better to see everything my baby was doing. We started using the second camera and were having issues with the screen being completely blank/white and having to turn it on/off/on/off several times for it to finally work. They again promised me they would send me a replacement and asked for my address a 2nd time now in the same email thread that i had started with them 2 months earlier about the first camera. I was annoyed at this point and didn't even respond. They now continue to email me asking if I've received the replacements (which I haven't) and if I've sent the defective pieces back (which I haven't). In other words, I've spent hundreds of dollars on these products, and they're extremely concerned about getting their defective pieces back, but not that concerned about getting me my replacements or showing any gratitude for continuing to support their company even though their products are unreliable.

I had a cheaper version of a similar idea of a camera and had wanted this one for a long time. I finally decided to upgrade and just go for it, but I wish I hadn’t spent the money as I actually like the other one better.PROS:- Cute giraffe- Good picture quality (in daylight) and the whole thing feels like good quality- You can take it out of the car and use it as a travel baby monitor tooCONS:- Night vision is very annoying- the picture constantly cuts in and out. I think when a car drives by or a street light is on, it tries to focus on that instead rather than the baby and then the screen just turns black for several seconds.- The battery is SUCH a hassle. The monitor and camera are two separate things that need to be charged. You can plug them into your car, but you have to manually open the bottom of the giraffe each time you get in or out of the car to turn it on or off. If you don’t, it will die. Then the next time you turn on the car, you have to wait for it to recharge and then manually turn it on from the backseat again (even if you left it in the on mode, it will need to be turned on again after it dies). This alone is the biggest hassle and NOT worth the inconvenience when trying to get a baby in and out of the car.It’s a cool idea en has some great qualities to it, but it causes more of a hassle then a convenience. I am going to switch back to my cheapy version of a car camera.

My husband wired this is my car, so I can’t say anything about the battery life, it’s all plugged in, in the car and stays plugged in, we don’t move either piece! This camera is great quality for day and the night vision! I would recommend this to anyone! It’s also cute for my son to look at, instead of just a plain camera. There is a voice feature, you can hear through the video monitor and talking. I have a small vehicle so I don’t really care for it! All around great product! If your worried about the plugs taking up all the space in your car, or if you only have one plug for the charging cable, there is an extra plug adapter you can purchase on Amazon. I may update with pictures later.
