Great Blades!
They were used for the “Sawzall” to cut thicker tree limbs. Works great! Blades are very sharp and strong. These Blades are of high quality! Overall the as a great purchase. Read that they work well for tree roots on the review before I purchased for my relative that cuts this stuff for me. They were shipped promptly and came in Original protective packaging.

Great quality, great design and,..
these are great! seriously could not be happier with these. we have some small diameter ash trees on our property. unfortunately for everyone in the N. America a bug from Asia is killing off every single native ash tree on the continent. so before ours got large enough to require a service to come out, and cots thousands, i decided to to deal with it myself. my old gas chain saw was too unwieldy for these trees let alone having to cart it and tree parts back and forth multiple times the length of a football field. sorry i digress.important thing to know these fit perfectly on my Dewalt 18V cordless reciprocal saw. the local Ace hardware only had generic blades and some for sheet metal but none over 9" and none with the jagged teeth i needed for taking down the trees. i even drove 30 miles to the nearest home depot. they had a few 12" blades but none with the jagged tooth layout i needed. here on amazon i found a couple that literally fit the bill. there was one set maybe two bucks cheaper but the tooth design to my eye didn't look as good as with the Bosch.i took down one 6.5" diameter ash tree like it was cutting through butter, figuratively speaking. i went to the next slightly larger at 7", again a simple matter. the 4th tree also easy as was the fifth, that last one the widest at 8.5". the teeth held up exceptionally well through the entire job. so good in fact i expect it will be a good while longer before i need to swap out and put in a fresh blade.all in all the Bosch blade works as good as i could hope for cutting green wood(have not used on anything else yet) with minimal effort. the teeth as said hold up and don't dull easily, again soft wood but still.TIP when cutting most wood apply a small amount of lubricant, silicone, etc. onto the blade. it makes cutting even easier. that is something i learned a long time ago during one of our annual Christmas tree cutting days. it just helps with friction be it a hand saw or powered one.

Wow! Fantastic tree limb pruning from these blades. Truly amazing.
Good Lord I put one of these Bosch blades on a brand new (but sadly discontinued) DeWalt DW304P model, 10 Amp reciprocating saw and it saws through tree limbs like butter. Lucky for me there was a 15 percent Bosch coupon automatic at checkout the day I bought them. I was cutting limbs that are 5" around albeit it takes a bit of time. The 1" to 2" diameter limbs are pruned within seconds. The teeth are very sharp, be careful. The blades are thick so do not flex, nor do they bind when cutting. Don't press down hard let the blade do the work. The 12" blade length is fantastic for pruning tree limbs. A huge difference from a 9" blade in terms of what you can tackle. The saw did not bind. I cut so many limbs the DeWalt saw felt hot. I cleaned the blade afterwards with WD40 and wiped it down to remove pitch. No need for a chain saw whatsoever unless you are felling whole trees. For pruning though a reciprocating saw and this Bosh wood cutting blade is more than adequate. I am extremely impressed with the quality and value for dollar of these blades. I will buy again. Highly recommended.

Lawn & garden.. These are the blades you're looking for.
There's such a range of blades that seem similar but don't stand up to rough use.. Such as cutting roots or awkward 'reach pruning'. These work just fine, dont bend easily, and easily deal with cutting roots in the dirt.As others have noted, they slow down some in firs and pines but I've found that only coarse tooth bow saws work fast for tarry sap

Great Bosch Quality
Made in Switzerland, these blades do not disappoint. Very sharp and seem to hold an edge for quite a while. That finest of scalpel edges rounds down from ridiculously sharp to just very sharp and then stays there. I was cutting dozens of 3” to 4” dry seasoned red oak and these blades worked well. I’m sure they would really zip through green wood. With a big battery in my Milwaukee sawzall, and these blades, I would be comfortable sawing 6” branches.
