Cauldrons in the Cosmos (Theoretical Astrophysics) 1st Edition

Very good and mostly pertinent, even though there have been important advances in cosmology since it was published.

This was the best nuclear astrophysics book available in 1988.The two major problems in nuclear astrophysics, cited by Professor W. A. Fowler (Forward, pp. xi-xii), have since been solved.1. The book is awesome, it is definitely one of the most important book for nuclear astrophysics. However, the persone who send it to me said it was in a good shape and was absolutely not. :(
