AWESOME
This set took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It is very fun to play with and the people are very realistic. The roof is made up of 67, yes 67! Of black 1 by 3 slants. If you want some rare pieces get this! I highly recommend this for ages 10-16 and for people who are into Harry Potter. One downside is that the cupboard door can only be opened from the access door on the side of the wall. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE MAIL DOWN THE MAIL CHUTE. It is very hard to get out. Overall it is a great set and I highly recommend it.

Amazing Lego Set!
Very happy with the box condition (box condition is something I value the most). It is brand new and in perfect condition. I’m a big fan of Harry Potter so there’s no way I could be disappointed with this set.

A lot of nifty HP details
Well designed and detailed. A lot of Harry Potter “Easter eggs” from more than one book/movie. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the floor/foundation. Handling/moving the house can be tricky due to the floor needing more reinforcement.
