Arrived promptly. The plastic bags are not sealed and I read somewhere that for carbon filters that can reduce their functionality, especially for the spare filter that will sit for a while. I have no way to figure out its effectiveness. I also have two portable air purifiers with carbon filters. It gives me peace of mind to use something, rather than nothing. This went in easily in the furnace slot which previously held a Filterate filter.
