Does the kit come with leather glue?

There is a gluing compound. It's made to work with several types of materials, leather included.

can the leather and vinyl repair product be removed without damage to the original leather?

It does dry out and it might flake off, but I wouldn't count on actually taking it off the hole or split you are trying to mend. You might make it worse. I would only use it on very small spots--and it doesn't last for more than a year or two.

Will it work on a vinyl dashboard?

I doubt it. It only worked for me on very small places, and it didn't last very long. Dried out and flaked off eventually.

Is there a grey color in the kit?

No you have to mix it. The color chart is simply a piece of paper that says mix white and black. Beware. I likento think myself a talented artist. This patch kit (and i only used black) looked worse than the rip in my seat. It takes forever to dry and then it lookes like a scab rather than a whole piece again.
